HAHAHAHA "Antoinette Slice". Not sure why but I am sitting in my living room laughing like a lunatic at 6:15 am at that.

I might be late but shamrock is only -170 against Royce? This isn't 1993 I think ken should win this fight. Royce is not gonna take him down, out strike him, or ko him. Don't see how he wins

I feel lik ken is more focused on winning

I agree and I've laid it out already itt. I'm not even sure Royce can pull guard with any success. I refuse to go big on this fight as it's a couple 50 year old guys and Ken might decide to prove he can handle Royce on the mat and gas himself out (which is really the only way I think Royce can win). But yeah I'm betting Ken and I'm okay laying the juice on him here.

what do you mean? you don't think ken will go to ground with royce if royce flops down? i kinda think he will, it's not like ken's ever had any striking

Ken said on Chaels podcast that his gameplan was to keep it standing where he has the advantage but who knows what happens.

I don't think he should. Whether he will, I'm not totally sure. Ken's striking is bad, but it's still light years beyond Royce's. You could be right, and it's the ONLY reason I'm not hitting this line harder. Ken may want to prove he's fine on the mat vs Royce. If that happens, I don't know what to think at this point . They both realize Matlock is over and their bedtime was hours earlier and both fall asleep LOL?

Royce has zero striking or power. No technical ability, zero power to even hurt Ken (even with his shot chin) by landing a lucky bomb. Like I said, Ken's standup is really bad, but he has the power to hurt Royce and still at least looks like a guy who knows how to throw a punch.

Royce has no takedown ability and will be outwieghed by 25+ lbs. He probably can't even pull guard successfully. Sad as it is, where the fight takes place should 100% be decided by Ken. I think Ken wants to win, so I'm hoping he realizes the place where he has the big advantage is standing and that he can keep it there if he wants.

I guess.. Maybe ken decision could have value? Royce isn't ever gonna tap

For those that don't know, Kimbo went to high school in the Miami area with his friend and manager 'Icy Mike' Imber who was associated with online porn giant Reality Kings here in South Florida. His first underground backyard fight videos got a lot of views on adult web site SublimeDirectory and then YouTube. That's why he worked security for RK back in the early days and you'd see him in some of their marketing and videos like their popular "In the VIP" series. Kimbo's one degree of separation at most from everyone in the South Florida porn biz as a result.

Lol at how much discussion this is getting.

BetVictor have Shammy by dec 7/2 +350 and Shammy R1 2/1 +200. Taken some action on the former, considering hedging with the latter.

Also, Shamrock is 8/13 -161 on Betsafe. They have Linton Vassell 23/20 +115.

He won't tap I agree. But he might turtle up either against the cage standing or on the mat and with Ken punching him the ref would have no choice but to stop the fight.

Again, I have a very hard time believing a guy who still actually cares much about fighting and has the same level of pride in it would take 8 years off so that he could come back at 50 or whatever. To be fair Ken hasn't had that many fights during that span but at least we've seen him in some. And while he's pretty much gotten his ass kicked, it was against guys with at least some power (of which, again, Royce has none) and at least we saw Ken trying to win (and coming very close vs Kimbo).

Freakshow fights often are the best $ making opportunities LOL.

Oh, man. Feel bad for Ken. He's getting KTFO

I can't see how Dada wins it, apart from a flukey punch. Watching the countdown shown, I didn't see Dada training, does he have a team or does he just train with his brawling buddies? Also I think the cage is triangular shaped in his gym. I f something goes south I reckon Kimbo can just take Dada down and pound him out. Looking back Kimbo's opening price was very good.

It's good that Royce brought in Schilling for a beginner's class in elbows.

Haven't seen props on it yet but I'd go for Ken decision at good odds as well. Royce not enough of an underdog to bother (and the notion that he's even going to consider thinking about striking is concerning).
