Despite sharing some insane value picks from the past couple UFC cards, I will not have any freeplays that I'll be giving away tonight. It's sort of a shame because I've been murdering it and everything I cap seems to be hitting. Moreover I'm a dog bettor and the dogs have certainly been barking all night long. I teased about a couple fights on this card having some monumental value as I've capped the fight card and found a couple of sick spots where the lines are just baffling. I'll tell ya there's no greater feeling in the world than hemorrhaging the bookies out of the money they so undeservedly rake in.

Not even a hint?

Whats your point in this message?

That's right Barry, string them degenerates along like a perfect 10 strings along the horndogs at the bar for free drinks.

Was planning on putting a semi large bet on Lawlers improved line but might just LB after seeing the weigh-ins. Not confident in him anymore.

Masvidal just wrestlefucks him since he has a noticable size advantage. I bet .5u on Pearson decision but that's my main concern.

Man if Masvidal wrestle fucks him and Will Brooks couldn't, I'd be surprised. Brooks is a pretty good MMA wrestler. I don't even think he'll have that much of a size advantage. It's pretty much lightweights who aren't cutting weight.

For anyone new taking a peek here, a few of Barry's "value town" picks from the last couple years (he says he's a dog bettor but these are plays he recommended here):

Rousey over Holm at a whopping -1250
Cain over Werdum at -500 or so
Conor over Nate at -400 or so
Rockhold over Bisping at roughly -700ish

It's kind of tiring constantly reminding everyone of how much a fraud Barry is based on the picks he has recommended here. But for anyone actually considering taking him seriously, think about how much bankroll you'd have left if you bet the above (hint: you'd basically have nothing given those odds, the losses would be staggering). Barry's M.O. is to brag about the +200 dog he hits and pretend we don't remember picks like the above he recommended (among other losers). Oh, and also he's good at making excuses for his losses. "Good" as in they provide some comedy here.

View Barry as anything more than punchline to the peril of your BR. He was literally given the nickname "The Cooler" here and BluntTrauma recently posted a bunch of Barry's posts from as recently as a couple years ago where he's whining about being ruined, taking out cash advances on credit cards to gamble more, etc. The guy is a complete fraud. All the regs here know it. This post is just for anyone who might be dropping in for the first time or who haven't seen Barry's ridiculous nonsense before.

if i'm having a good night i'm going large on him. fuck it.

Not a fan of placing bets depending on if im up or not but I might end up doing the same myself, we'll see.

LOL I try to avoid that mindset too but it can be difficult. The chase if you're not doing well, or getting too greedy if you are having a big night. Oddly the time that it seems easiest to avoid poor BR management is the nights where I sort of tread water and am only up or down a little. The pull is always less to make a big wager late in the night on those nights. Not sure why.

Oh I know these situations aswell all too well! I feel exactly like you when near break even. I guess really simple it must be because
If up = Our greedyness sets in whatever we might lose is not really lost. We don´t value or appreciate it as won´t feel it as big of a loss right? We win no matter what even if lose a bit.
If down = It´s going to hell, how can it even get worse. I might aswell go for it, all in. (Ive lost my BR over and over this way starting from the above profit to huge loss this way)
If breakeven = Better not make any big mistakes. It could go horribly wrong, lets just make it through this and we´ll fight another day.

I think thats part of it - at least thats how my mind works. I think its essential to make rules. Without rules i just cannot listen to myself. I made some rules i call golden rules - that i HAVE to follow, so when we´re live and my other mind sets in thats full of emotions, excitement and greed - that will be hittered by my rules that i made when i was in a calm and collected mind.

But...rules are meant to be broken right?... ;) Talking of broke..here we go again!

Yeah exactly the same for me.

If we're going by who has the better physique then Woodley wins hands down. But this is a fight and anything can happen. Robbie Lawler is one of those vets who are on a late career resurgence (kinda like Arlovski, Mir and Belfort last year) but just like those 3, I believe Robbie's time to fall is tonight.

Hate over thinking but I got a feeling woodley has a relaxed r1, r2, this is a 5 rounder and it changes pretty much every fighters game plan and strategy coming into the fight, woodley could just fight composed like he did against kelvin just waiting to land his right hand and even a few leg kicks is probably enough damage to edge him rounds here while using footwork to avoid robbies aggression, he could be hoping to show a dominate 3 rounds here and edge the fight. If he really hurts robbie he may go for it but do reckon he sticks to his game plan.

This cards great for live betting really.

Yeah, im with you. That's how I see the fight playing out as well, I have 3u on the O2.5 for that reason.

Thug Rose by sub up to +350. Am I the only one who sees it as a stronger possibility than that? She's been doing jits about double the time KK has been fighting (said on embedded she's been doing jits for 10 years) and KK gets so aggressive I have to believe it's very possible Rose can create a scramble and find an opening to snatch a sub

You're right Masvidal was taken down by a non-wrestler larkin and almost in every UFC fight.
Will Brooks has taken down almost everyone he wanted to take down including Division I all-American Michael Chandler.

Yeah probably some value there. I think her BJJ is overrated tho. So many failed sub attempts vs PVZ that she should have finished.
