Diaz +114 and +116 on the exchanges i will be biting
I think Story's fight with Gunnar was just a single good performance against fighter who is better now
Condit
Another pic of Nate
Is that legit? Best hes ever looked if so

Yeah if you watch embedded he looked like that. He did work out a little to get a pump first but he looks in great shape. Is that legit? Best hes ever looked if so
How do they differ?nick is not nate, they aren't even the same type of boxer. at this point their styles aren't very similar either other then superficially.
How do they differ?
Ill probably throw some on Lobov too. I thinks this is the fight he finally wins. Avila seems to be taylor made for making Lobov rebound. This will be a just-for-fun bet because I always follow the rule: "dont bet on guys that suck".I admit it, I'm putting money on Lobov again. Higher chance to finish, and I think he will win a lot of decisions. Way more experience and way better competition faced. He needs this win badly. Avila almost seems like a gift from the UFC for being an entertaining brawler. He seems to be better against righties. His anti grappling is very likely to hold up. And I believe he has under performed (and it was a bad matchup against Hall and White seems to have improved).
A surprising about of reasons. With Avila, on the other hand, the best reason seems to be "he's facing Artem Lobov."
To do what Condit did you need two things that Conor lacks:Condit totally changed his style in the sense that he scaled back his aggression and beat Nick Diaz pretty cleanly. I think Conor could do the same to Nate. Really I think Conors best path to victory is to do is pace himself and pick his shots and he would cruise to a decision.
But after losing control of his emotions yesterday I'm doubtful he's going to fight smart. The Diaz bros thrive on baiting their oppenents to fight into their strength. They want fighters to sit in the pocket and trade. Conor needs to be calm, conservative and fight to get the W, that's it. If he's fighting for anything more than that because of his anger he's probably going to lose.
I remember that fight pretty clear because I was high on Nelson at the time. That was the night I realize he is not top 5 material (maybe not even top 10).also worth noting that fight was highly competitive for the first 3 rounds. gunnar got cracked in r4 and that's when story started taking over. gunnar should be at lightweight, i don't think he even cuts weight. a lot of that fight was a striking match at range, if he isn't able to get on the inside against cerrone he's in deep trouble.
Why the '?' mate? There's no need to be an ass. I was genuinely curious how you think their styles differ.one prefers to work in space to constantly have places to move, and the other wants to crowd you against a cage wall and keep you there?
I noticed on SHERDOG there's an extra fight listed, Marlon Vera vs Ning. On the UFC.com page it isn't listed. Certainly no odds for it. What's up with that?
If I could get those odds I'd bet way more on props than normal. Those lines are absolutely insane. 5d isn't even close. Where the f are you getting those lines? Whoever is offering them are absolutely clueless. You have Conor who has a good chin but faded in the last fight but may try to not blow his was quite so quickly this time. You have Nate who has cardio for days but is a finisher and can end the fight multiple ways. Diaz rd 4 and Diaz rd 5 are actually pretty likely ways this thing ends. Not telling you what to do, but I'd add at those odds if you are actually really small on them. I know you don't like props, but ffs if the books make huge mistakes like that you gotta take advantage. If the fight isn't over by rd 3 you can probably hedge out of some of those props anyway with LB. .
I can never get used to how out of place Jake looks when the Diaz's go Diaz. He looks like he's trying to fit in so hard, lol.
