How many shows they have currently 40? Reduction to 35 isnt as bad as i first feared
41 UFC shows already done or planned as of now through the end of the year with the recent Manila card being cancelled. Going down to 35 would be a big loss.

We're talking about event reductions when I was holding out hope in 2-5 years we would be at weekly shows :(

Too many good points regarding Ferg/RDA, do still agree with jb about ferg being a pressure fighter it could easily set up that take down for rda, but one thing I have noticed despite rda being a black belt bjj, he uses it more defensively and won't attempt sub finishes on top opponents.

Ferg just looks like he does not care about sub attempts against him and we know his darce is excellent and could take out just about anyone really.

Am still thinking rda decision (hopefully in play has some nice lines) but ferguson sub here.

RDA no longer with Kings represents Evolve and Team RDA. Interesting...

Ferg, Dariush, Sanchez all live dogs, playing all of them. Hate these breaks, fiending for some UFC.

Any thoughts on Olive Lamas line? Just rewatched Olive Pettis. Olive seems to have sorted his head out and can take a beating now. He was holding his own with Pettis standing and his takedowns have gotten pretty good, not to mention his ability to hop on your back or grab hold of your neck from standing. Looked like he was going to take the decision until he got caught. Hoping Olive is the dog.

I agree with all of that, but I'll still be a little hesitant to play Oliveira, depending on the odds of course. Lamas is a better offensive and defensive wrestler than Pettis, though Pettis is obviously the more skilled striker. Showtime was doing really well against Oliveira until he went all out looking for the finish and ran out of steam in the process. Part of that probably had to do with Oliveira being a real bitch to deal with, but the weight cut may have also played a part. I give Lamas the edge in this one myself, but he'll have to execute a pretty tight gameplan to walk away with the win. I expect it to be a great fight though, like all of Oliveira's bouts.

Martin Bravo (10-0) v Caludio Puelles (7-1) in the TUF Latin America 3 final. I think both coaches agree that Puelles is the more technical fighter whilsts Bravo has to make it a dog fight to win. I've tried watching the fights this season but haven't really paid attention.

Got 3 units on ferg but live bet card for me otherwise unless something juicey on odds when released. Hopefully im wrong in my head on what the odds are going to be. Watched tape on most but no one im very confident in especially when we have elevation to consider. Lots of leans tho so that should help with live bet.

Me neither, most of these foreign TUF's feel like cheap afterthoughts. Didn't even realize the season was nearing it's finish already.

Lamas -135
Olives +115

No idea who wins this fight.

Gonna bet my life savings on Barzola over Avila

Not like you'll get much back.

man i wanna see some new ufc lines damnitttttt, going through major withdrawal, even if hockey's been good to me. i'm anticipating some fights here ahhh..

9 days till ufc is back..

Still liking lamas here, just not as reckless and more disciplined in his fighting style, lamas also a black belt bjj and never been subbed before which is olives main method of finishing fights. So kinda banking on lamas safety fighting style and fight iq here.

Olives lacks that ko power like say chad mendes to really take guys like lamas out, so reckon lamas avoids the ground game or pops back up and keeps this fight standing to a decision outscoring on points here.

Like the overs, but lamas decision I reckon, Olives needs a sub really but since rarely goes decision.
