nah he probably made all that up

if he was a legit badass he wouldn't have tried to cheat in the yoel fight then complain when he cheated back then cried to the ref

I saw it somewhere that didn't come from him. Pretty sure it's all true.

Put a sniper rifle in his hands I'm guessing he's the #1 p4p guy in MMA.

Good thing for Kelvin that's not how MMA works. Kelvin just needs to keep it standing and stick and move. Make the 38 year old work, slow him down. I highly doubt Kelvin is intimidated by Kennedy the MMA fighter. Seems like the only thing that intimidates Kelvin these days is a salad.

Man I don't bet enough that it really makes any difference in my life but for the first time in awhile I'm legit wondering if I have too much on one guy. I just totaled it up, I have almost 9u riding on Cowboy one way or another with ML, itd, -3.5. I will take a solid knock to my BR if Brown pulls this off. I generally keep to 5u or less on any one fight, I got a bit carried away here. I will be sweating that fight LOL.

MMA GF:

You know enough about betting to not need the advice honestly. If it's me, I hedge but I do it small (barring, as EZ mentioned, a change in your view on either fight). I'd probably make a bet on Saggo's ML at + odds for $150-$250 depending on your confidence level in Khabilov. Personally my pick to win the fight would be Khabilov, but only slightly. The value is actually on Saggo imo at +175. Don't mess with the props to try to squeeze a little more out of your hedge. As has been mentioned, you get middled and you will really be pissed. Your hedge here is really just to recoup your initial investment and guarantee no loss imo. Esp if you think Khabilov and Cowboy win. I've already said it, I have a REALLY hard time seeing Cowboy losing here. But anything is possible and if Khabilov wins you put maybe $150 on Brown and call it a day. So if your parlay hits of course you've given back some of the profit, but if it's worth it to you to guarantee at least your initial investment back, hedging a few hundo isn't an awful idea at all.

I feel like when I throw hail mary parlays out there, I try to look ahead of time and see "Okay, if somehow I get to point x and I'm alive, I'll hedge it this way...". Then you don't have to figure it out on the fly. You know your plan going in. Most get broken up before a spot you'd hedge anyway, but the ones that get there you already know what you're gonna do. Even if that means letting the whole thing ride.

Based on your percents; You have Khabilov to win as 58%.. I'm on Khabilov to win here at like -190.. So I think he has some value.. I'm not sure what your unit size is but;; to win $6k, with Khabilov and Cowboy wins.. I think I'd consider hedging more on Saggo maybe, if you are only capping him at 58%... You can hedge at +170, so there's not a huge difference between your % capped and the odds you get on a hedge.. In fact;; The difference is basically bookie's juice, so your not displaying a large amount of confidence in Khabilov..

Personally;; the Cowboy fight scares me more than this fight.. I would definetley hedge on that one.. Matt Brown is game and a finisher, and I would almost never trust cowboy around -280 or so.. I think +240 is a great hedge on Brown since he is very capable of finishing Cowboy.. If RDA can finish him early, certainly Brown can.. Brown also had a pretty good fight vs. Robbie a while ago too. I just wouldn't trust Cerrone vs. someone that could finish him, as Cerrone has many times where he's not the smartest fighter, especially when someone is pressuring him.

If you win $6k if they both win.. If I was in this situation.. I think I would hedge as follows:
-$300-$500 at +170 on Khabilov dependent on your confidence.. (I'm on Khabilov here, I'd hedge around $400 probably)
-$1000-$2000 on Matt Brown at +230 .. (I'd probably go around $1500 here. wins around $3450,)

This way you make like $3k regardless of Brown-Cerrone fight if it gets there.. and make like over $500 if Khabilov loses.. (obviously wait for after Khabilov fight to bet Brown)..

Thanks guys... I'm just going to do a minor hedge to win back the original 250 and left the rest ride. I am going to put a sprinkle on a Saggo submission low as I like that regardless...

KS : I know it's hard to trust cowboy it at such an inflated line, but I think that he smokes brown here. Likely a kick to the liver and then jumps on his back and latches in a fight ending RNC

This forum is devolving more and more into disrepectful fighter bashing and juvenile braggadocio every day.

Yea JG ... I've noticed a lot of YouTube-esque trash getting talked ITT by a select few. Gotta be adults here. At least well behaved teenagers

You know what never seems to help though? When another group of a select few vaguely say another select few are doing this and that and you don't like it

Here's an idea guys. Instead of vaguely bitching about it which is super weak, PM those people and talk to them about it? After all, apparently you are the "adults"

Tim's definitely murdered some unfortunate brown people in his time.

I have a bet on him at -145 but after thinking about it more I probably would've waited for the line to drop more or just passes altogether. Agree with t6p that if he comes to grapple then he'll probably take this but Kelvin is a better boxer with better hands.

That said Kelvin gonna be at a significant size diasadvantage here, have always been high on the guy but the chubby lil fucker can't stay away from his mom's carne asada and that could play a significant factor here.

Red flags for Kennedy are the facts he's coming off a ko loss and the long layoff at an old age make me nervous, dude is always in great shape from constantly chasing Afghanis over mountains and shit and not all that long ago he was one of the top guys in the division. Have my reservations but will stay with my 1.5u bet on him but no way I'm going any more.

I am lowkey disappointed at a select few certain posters in here. What they post is less than ideal.

FOTN:

I hit Misha/Krylov small at +800. Might be a bit of a forced play, but it's the one I liked best given the odds.

Anyone else with BM, are you also getting the "No props available at this time" message across the board on the prop drop down despite showing it there?

Oh and by the way I'm getting the same message. First bookmaker did away with the live betting that we used to get every card no matter what and now this? If they take away the props I'm going to leave them for good. Used to be the only reason I stuck with them is because of the in-fight live betting. I mean, there's no way I'll keep six figures in my account there if I can't have prop bets on mixed martial art fights.

Regarding a few other fights, I know a lot of people don't like Tim Kennedy (I don't care for him on a personal basis) but with KG moving up to 185 pounds and facing a monster like Kennedy, it's very likely that he gets ground into a fucking pulp. Kennedy is old, but the last thing to go on a fighter is his strength and Kennedy has that in droves. Moreover, he is an absolute legitimate BJJ black belt with a suffocating wet blanket of a top game and a squeeze like a crocodiles bite. Don't forget this is a man who went five rounds with Luke Rockhold and Jacare Sousa where he could have got the decision. Additionally, he flatlined Sapo Natal after absolutely manhandling a fleet footed — hard to hold down — Michael Bisping while bulling and submitting a tough as nails Robbie Lawler just as he had done to another duo of strong grappler in Trevor "Hot Sauce" Smith and Zak Cummings. It should also be noted that he handled Roger Gracie with ease.

Take all of the above in consideration with the absolute craziness that has surrounded KG over the last month and you have a recipe for disaster here. I believe that we may see Kelvin start piecing Kennedy up with a more crisp boxing attack early before Kennedy ultimately find his way inside telephone booth range and gets in on KG's legs and dumps into the mat where he sticks to him like a midget to Velcro.

I know she's had a bit of a rocky weight cut and past, but I got a believe the Valerie will turn out is the right place here. For chrissakes she is going to have a 7 inch height advantage over her opponent and she makes good use of her jab which will only complicate things for Pereira.

One more person that I think isn't getting enough buzz tonight is Mitch Gagnon on who I believe will run right through Matthew Lopez. Mitch is a straight up Sherman tank of a man and will be buoyed by the hometown crowd. I expect him to carve up Lopez like a Christmas ham on the feet before putting him up against the fence and dumping him to the mat where he either grind out a one-sided decision victory or snatches some sort of violence front choke in a scramble.

I was kind of confident in Kelvin, but you guys made me think again.
1. He has quite the size disadvantage + I remember when he missed weight in the past he once said (it was after the Woodley fight I believe) that he can only imagine himself fighting for the title at welterweight, since at middleweight there are guys way bigger then him, like Luke Rockhold, which he might not be able to handle.
2. He is probably in a terrible mental state right now
3. Kennedy seems to be in a great physical and mental state, and he doesn't have to fear to get knocked out, Gastelum doesn't pack that much power
4. Gastelum lost to Magny

I just cashed out on my Gastelum bet, feels good (I won't bet on Kennedy though). I am thinking about the over 2,5 ...

Probably just temporary as I just noticed a message near the top of the MMA section: *** For Fight Props Please Call, Call Center ***

Although, I am not sure how that would work. "Hello, this is account # xxxxxx and my password is xxxxxx. Can you please give me the line on Donald Cerrone wins by submission? Yes...[pause] Okay, I'd like to wager $20 on that:". Madness!

Anybody who I have a problem with should know there no ambiguity when It comes to calling mofos out. I'll name drop the fuck outta fools.

holy crap, you have 6 figures with them? #1 I'm impressed #2 Don't you worry about a poker like thing where they take your money or even that the site won't pay out?

Lol c'mon, if you're not acting like an ass then obviously you have nothing to worry about. Having to PM other adults to remind them why manners is important is what is extremely weak. Cerealy though, this thread is a great community and I don't know about JG but I was just referring to anyone who gets off track with fighter bashing/ad hominem attacks on other posters. My "select few" comment wasn't meant to be a passive aggressive day at anyone in particular.

Nevertheless, that is why EZ is all Smurfed out and shit. It's not for me to pontificate on.

Yeah but people like Jim and Oblivian (see how I will at least name people instead of doing this vague bullshit?) have consistently complained recently. I see it happening too much and a lot of times over the dumbest shit like ANY talk not fight related, but thats a different discussion I guess. Regardless that approach has never helped anything.

People have different ideas of manners. And there sure as fuck isn't manners to me in talking shit and not even having the balls to name names. Guys like Brick Top are valuable bettors, even if you don't like every single thing they post. So be a man, and take it up with them personally if you truly believe its hindering your experience here.
