UFC 209 PBP/discussion

I had it 3-1 Thompson going into the 5th.
It really should be down to if you score the 5th a 10-8 round or not.
So 47-47 or 48-47 Thompson are the only scores I can see.

at least score it a majority draw you clueless fucks...smh still a good night but 12U swing for me

Based on what? Woodley doing the same shit he always does and standing against the fence? While Wonderboy dances around? There was basically zero offense from either side in those 3 rounds. You have two definitive rounds for Woodley and 3 rounds with very little happening.

Fuck it Wonderboy fought like a bitch, and did nothing all night. If he fought how he did in the 1st fight he would have won no question. He decided to try and eek this shit out.

Woodley dominated portions of the fight, I fuck with that lol.
 
the 3 rounds that thompson won they both almost did nothing to win them. wooldey almost put thompson to sleep, just because thompson may have won 3 coinflip rounds are you just going to ignore the fact that he literally almost got slept in the last?,

the fight was shit over all but if it went to thompson he would have literally won for octagon control

Another very successful night for myself, only one losing bet and that was Craig, still suprised by that

Cashed both Teymur and Woodley as dogs, I couldn't have been more right about Teymur, shout out to all the haters.

I will say that I feel for Wonderboy backers, you guys got robbed bad. I thought Wooldey was going to lose for sure, one of the worst decisions I've seen.

Once again I've proved myself as the face of MMA betting, I'm just on another level.

Woodley looked scared with his back to the cage in the rounds he didn't do anything.

If only the judges of the Brunson/Silva fight and the Woodley/Thompson fight were reversed, I would have won both. As it happened, I lost an assload on both.

And is it really even control? It's where Woodley always fights. I think you have to do something there. Thompson fought like a total bitch that entire fight. He really did nothing throughout.
 
I also had a near 100% night. Every bet came in and only lost 1 leg of a 4 leg parlay. I hate Khabib even more, as I think Ferg would have worked him.
 
it's really interesting.

on one hand, there was ONE clear round in the fight, and that was rd 5 for twood. rd 1/2/4 all SUCKED and were arguably fucking 10-10. rd 3 woodley had that td but did NOTHING w/it and for me, thompson came back and did enough to steal back the round, but certainly could have gone either way

so by that measure, twood decision isn't THAT crazy.


....but at the same time, man, other than a TD (that he did NOTHING with) and a good 5th, he basically had his back to the cage getting backed down for the majority of the first 20 mins, like.. 18 of those minutes. kinda gross seeing him win the decision thinking that way.

Yes, Woodley was terrified of the offense that Thompson failed to land on him in 50 minutes of fighting. Woodley fights with his back on the cage always.
 
Would have had a good result if either Woodley had finsihed or Reem hadn't finished. But the way things turned out I only ended up 2u.
