I dont think hendricks missing gives tim any advantage at all he cleatly didnt kill himself in the sauna
Hendricks lost both previous fights he missed weight on. At least him missing weight again is a clear sign, that he's still not fully commited to his fighting career and he's still most likely on decline.

One can be committed to fighting and love himself some deep fried chicken!

Hes on the decline whether he makes weight or not looks completely different post usada. And we know hes not fully commited or he would be fighting at ww.

There have actually been ex-champs making serious runs after entering new weight class. I don't think Hendricks will be one of those cases. It did not look good for him before, but it looks even less likely after the weight cut fail.

like the over even more now in the hendricks fight

No one has made a run in a new weight class looking how he does post usada

Cmon dude those back takes if anything show how poor he is at transitioning to the back and establishing control. Against spence he establishes both hooks for literally 2 seconds before realising spence is going to turn into him as hes holding the position very loose. Garcia then transitions to mount but holds mount again for literally 2 seconds and spence gets immediately back to his feet.

Twice in r3 he transitions to magnys back as magny stands and twice he has back control with magny standing. But both times he only has one hook and is literally clinging on as hes falling off magnys back there is absolutely no threat to magnys neck. Magny doesnt even do anything he just waits for gravity to do its bit and for garcia to drop off.

This does not constitute a great back taker to me its shows someone with sloppy technique desperate to keep someone grounded. Id be far more concerned about bc taking means back than garcia

The point is he ended up on their backs 3 in r3

Look I think TDB keeps Garcia at the end of his punches and boxes the shit out of him until he gets a stoppage. However, we have to be reasonable and realize that Garcia does have a path as narrow as it is.

I see where you're coming from but you called him a 'great back taker' which i cant agree with. I think garcias most likely path is landing a wild haymaker i am way more concerned about that than garcia lnp or subbing means.

you know when a guy is 5'9 and can't make middleweight there are problems. no matter what happens i'm glad i stabbed boetsch at +200.

kish getting hammered at bookie.. glad i freerolled my herrig opener... (still on the hook for herrig NSC, tho, but i like it decently enough)

Hendricks gonna move to light heavy and be the next rumble. I called it first. ;)

Fuck it, I can't sit idly by and watch as +200 on BJ is still up despite Siver looking like he just co-starred with Tom Cruise in the mummy!

3u total on BJ @ +200

any guess why kish line moved so fast? im gonna have to hit herrig now unless there's a problem. i was waiting for + money on kish. not getting that now

I just don't know how you guys can be so confident in Johny Hendricks after this and actually believe that missing wait will not affect his performance. Indeed, he didn't drain himself in the sauna, but he is 5'9" tall and cut up make 185 pounds. This is the guy who for 170 pounds his entire MMA career until one fight ago. He wrestled collegiately at 155 pounds! For him not to be able to make 186 pounds means he didn't train worth a shit. Now Boetsch is on my perma-fade list, but if you think he is so bad that Johny can just roll out of bed and beat a fucking grizzly bear that used to fight HW then hats off to you. It's dog or pass in this situation.

Granted Boetsch is limited in his athleticism and his capabilities because of it, but he still trains hard as shit and is just a nasty monster who can grind his way to ugly victories. Everyone in the UFC is already good, and if your rain dance like the top 20 you're damn good. You cannot just expect to eat pancakes and sausage and steak with your eggs and expect to give yourself the best chance for victory against a guy who across town is training his ass off with wizard Matt Hume.

To be fair, Siver is 38 and hasn't had a fight in two years. Who knows how much/if he's actually been training during this time seeing as he didnt seem to have been scheduled to fight at all. I'm not saying USADA doesn't have anything to do w it, but I'd suspect most guys at that age and inactivity would look less than impressive after coming back. Maybe not to this degree, but yeah

The age can def be a factor, but dude has failed a drug test in the past
