Touahri posted this 4 days ago.. wonder if he have some form of hand injury? he had to pull out of a fight two month ago becourse of injury according to tapology

I have nearly the exact same wrist brace with a thumb stabilizer that I use for tendonitis/tenosynovitis.

Fair enough. If you are that stable making huge $ as a pro gambler, you are in the .000001% of people that do it for a living. The few I've met and the many more I've heard about say the lifestyle is a grind with a decent amount of volatility.

You can say I don't want that life only because I've never lived it, we will agree to disagree. And honestly, I really wonder how (assuming I wanted to and was good enough) I could still live where I live and make the kind of household income we have by gambling legally given that it's not legal here. Maybe I'm missing something, but how is that possible?

You also have to have a certain mentality - I had the Redskins vs Kansas City on the Monday Night Football game on the defensive TD on last play of the game, and the Colts when Tennessee ran 72 yards on what would have been the last play of the game. I cannot imagine having real money on those. And for people that say it evens out, I'm on the worng side of almost all of those type of games lol

Can someone without sarcasm explain why Lobov is a dog in my
Book?

Like.... I fully expected him to be a decent favourite, Fili is like a poor mans version of Cub infact a very poor mans version right?
Lobov can win this
Plus that talk about being 'back' is never good from fili

I highly recommend people listen to heavy hands discuss Till/Cerrone. They dissect Till's game so well

Lobov got absolutely wrecked with Cub, and it was more down to Cub not pulling the trigger when he had Lobov rocked due to 'Jackson Fighter in a 5 rounder' syndrome. Lobov's ungodly terrible, Ishihara's a terrible win and is going to be made to look foolish.

I had cub closing a parlay and sweat my balls off for 5 rounds. Lobov defo won r1 and it felt competitive to me all the way thru but i did have money on cub so maybe it felt closer than it was

When you’re on someone your perception is usually different like you said, cub done so much more damage and had Lobov looking like a drunk zombie multiple times.

If you get 1 round of 5 it is 20%, but if you get 1 round of 3 it is 33% and it is a lot closer to the 50% you need to win the fight.
Plus, Fili isn`t on the level of Swanson`s striking for sure. I think there is value in Lobov ML @2.40

After the shit Fili said in his interview I don’t know how anyone could comfortably back him tbh

These guys are such a nerds you need to have MM's twitch channel open in another tab in case someone walks in your room.

What did Fili say?
Someone quote me if I’m wrong as I’m going off memory, said something along the lines of he didn’t like training MMA he was simple training because he felt like he had to and he wish he enjoyed it like he did when he was winning etc someone posted it for pages back bud not something you wanna hear if backing him.

What did Fili say?

Was frustrating, I got benched for 10 months, took so long to get a fight, I didn't feel great fight night, bad day at work, I was flat, I didn't perform, was frustrating, never lost a decision before, shitty feeling, excited to get that taste out of my mouth, fighting is so much mental, you have to be mentally prepared for the fight, I was on autopilot, won't be like that this fight, excited to fight, I believe I'm the best, I have to prove it, just not consistent, I haven't enjoying fighting since Holloway, now it's back to loving it, I'm 27, but I've been doing this since 13, it turned into a job, but I'm back to liking fighting, I'm awake at 5am, because it feels like 8pm, If i could sleep, still on California time, its getting better, I've been talking to a sport psychologist, I'm sleep deprived, I'm better than him everywhere, stronger, faster, higher IQ

sounds to me like the guy is not there 100% mentally

I remember that Nasrat kid training alot at allstar, never rolled with him but if my memory serves me correct Held should have a huge advantage on the ground

Fun fact: In polish Nasra means something in the lines of taking a huge dump
