I'm not complaining about the improved price on Jingliang btw. I'm just curious, somebody's betting Matthews and I'd like to know who.

People overemphasize the importance and size of this forum. There are a lot of people laying money out there that pay zero attention to Sherdog's betting community.

Just rewatched Matthews/Bojan and a 29-27 scorecard for Bojan makes more sense than 29-28 Matthews. And Bojan is not very good, Musoke was cruising to a 30-27 before getting caught late and Di Chirico (who also is not good) clearly won 29-28 imo. That should have been Bojan's first legit UFC win.

Anyone feel strongly or confident in Abe/Jumeau and Brown/Kim? No idea what to do on those yet.

even tho i have 1.6u on jingliang ML, i'm taking some matthews sub + 1195 on bm.

Quite like Abe here, one of the best strikers to come out of Japan. Both are counter strikers but Abe has more speed, better technique, and carries more power. He has a judo black belt to fall back on if needed while Jumeau doesn't have much in the way of grappling. He's also better at leading and has more weapons.

Hirota NSC +112. He has never been knocked out and Ross is coming off a KO loss. Neither is much of a finisher, but but Pearsons chin could be giving up.

I'm surprised that Zane Simon and Connor Ruebusch picked Hunt and Romero to win
i like listening to their analysis but usually they're not great at picking winners in a gambling perspective (its not a betting podcast anyway). with that being said, i think they have a decent feel for picking dogs so i might have to look into the rockhold/romero bet again before i make it since they both picked romero

Im on Romero, and mainly for the same reason they liked him. Romero hit Whittaker with some amazing counters thru the whole fight, and Im fairly certain Luke wouldnt just eat them like Whittaker did.

They seemed very surprised when they saw that Romero , Hunt and Hirota were underdogs.
They don't trust Rockhold's chin and they didn't like his performance against Branch. They also think that Romero won't give "clinch exchanges" to Rockhold like Branch did, and that Yoel is going to catch him at some point.

Have you watched that video w Dan Hardy breaking down the fight?

I listened to it while I worked out the other day, but i could be mistaken- didnt they talk up Branch in that fight? I thought, initially, they didn't like what they saw from Branch but upon re-watch, they were surprised w how well Branch looked/did
