Is the current version of Porier better than any other opponent Holloway has faced?
Max lost to Porier in the past but obviously Porier is twice the fighter he was then.

Jose was a little out of his prime, Conor was still on the come up, etc... Has Max fought a tougher opponent?

Aldo is the best fighter Holloway has faced recently but Poirier could be the toughest match up

Yes Aldo is the greatest fighter Holloway has ever faced. Aldo is one of the GOATS. But was that older version of Aldo as good as this prime Porier?

I believe so.

Poirier can keep up with his pace and can def hurt anybody if he connects. Trading with Poirier is a dangerous thing to do.

If he hurts Holloway, Poirier can also sub him. We've seen it before.

I think the first time he fought Aldo was his toughest opponent, but Poirier is for sure a close 2nd

No, but Dustin is gonna beat him

IDK.. This fight is gonna be insane. I keep thinking Max has the reach advantage because of his height. But he is actually gonna have a 3 inch disadvantage. crazy

JOSE IS NOT OUT OF HIS PRIME

How can you say this? He lost to Conor, beat Edgar, lost to Holloway twice. BEAT Stephens and Moicnao both top 10

I am expecting Max to piece Porier up. I think Aldo's speed and power were Max's toughest test until he fights either Ferguson or Khabib. I could also see either Barbosa or Gaethje giving him a hell of a fight.

I think Holloway wins, the streak of guys fighting at higher weight classes and doing well seems to be consistent

With that said, I think betting wise Holloway is too much of a favorite. I think it should be closer to even

Probably. He's sub savvy (as in not easily goaded into one), he's got cardio for days and a heart to boot. I've taken to him over the last few years, even after getting rekt by Conor. He's a good one

Max is gonna have to close that range, and both guys live for wars. It'll be a battle but Dustin is gonna find that chin, It's gonna be insane, can't wait! :D
