Sounds awful. These are two of the worst characters in the MCU. What next Pepper Potts and Black scientist girl from Black Panther get a movie?

Most likely yes. I believe Zimo made a version of it in the comics and he will be in this series. So the show probably is about him escaping prison, them going after him, him creating the serum and using it, then Mackie has to use it to defeat him. Or some such.

if the US agent is in fact in this show it will have three Caps.

US Agent is a good character. There's a comic book story where his parents are kidnapped by terrorists. He tries to rescue them and it all goes horribly wrong; his parents are killed in front of his eyes and he massacres the terrorists. The last panel has him smiling and holding the corpses of his parents, talking to them as though they are still alive...

Yeah, I've got that run of cap. that was a great arc.

Indeed, if he stays a standard human he has no use for it and if they were going for Bucky as Captain America then they wouldve just given him the shield right away.

He absolutely can still be a baseline human. It's not the serum that makes Captain America.

I just still think they are gonna do it man. So he can fight supervillians easier in the next phase.

Bucky can, Sam cannot (at least I highly doubt it). Its a combo of both I think.
