It was beautiful.

So... you are in Vegas this week sitting at the Black Jack table next to some high roller casual fan. He talks about losing big on the Mcgregor / Mayweather fight and you let him know you work for "the" media site... What info do you offer on the Cormier - Stipe rematch to help ease his pain? :)

Fighters retires retire when they have to, not when they want to.

We are going LIVE!

I love technical difficulties.

I say he should take Ngannou next win or lose. GOAT is cormier.

Alright, how was it?

Why has DC sticked his fingers into Stipe's eye sockets?

When are we likely to see superfights &/or title unification bouts between say a UFC champ & one from another org (Rizin, Bellator or One)?

Is this something Bones Jones should pursue given his reluctance to move to HW & the diminishing likelihood of a 3rd fight with Cormier at LHW? Such a scenario would be way more intriguing (& marketable) than fighting the new gen of UFC LHW's who are clearly not yet up to the challenge of besting Bones.

The answer is it depends how much money the UFC offers him to fight again. Duh its that simple the other options are all bullshit the only issue is $

how about in high level antarctic mma?

i wouldn't say it's rampant by any means, at any level, but i do believe that it is happening in the ufc.
Yes antarctic mma is only for the cold hearted.

Anyways, what are some examples in your opinion? Were you one of the ones who though covington lawler was rigged?

Getting hit 200 times and hitting the other guy 70 is a hell of a work
i agree. it was an absolute masterpiece. now stop cluttering up the thread before it gets deleted like half of my posts on the topic lol.

I think he wants the Jones fight and will at least consider pursuing it, if he wins. I also think he'll consider jumping on the MSG card vs some no wrestlin' HW if the Stipe rematch leaves him without a scratch. Or... UFC will drive up the truck and dump enough cash to have him vs Jones at MSG. Or the NY's Eve card.

If he loses, I think he'll go for a Stipe trilogy. Unless it's a life altering beating or something, he'll wanna get it back. Besides that, him vs Romero at LHW would be an awesome legacy fight as well. Especially if Romero loses as well, maybe it can be a retirement fight for both Olympic wrestlers in their 40s.

Either way, I'm thinking he'll fight again after tonight.
