I don't quite understand Nate's parameters for the BMF shindig. From what he's said about Pettis and Masvidal - he wants guys who are UFC OGs who are still delivering big wins (Pettis with Wonderboy, Mas with Till and Askren), and who fall into the 145-170 range. So it could be quite a few guys from Cub to Maia. While excluding others like Lawler, Cowboy and Jeremy Stephens. Plus, he doesn't seem to have interest in ground guys and wants bigger names, so that excludes even more names.
He also said pre Pettis fight that Conor qualifies as a BMF... but he's no UFC OG, so I'm extremely confused. If Conor's an OG, then there's a whole new crop of post 2013 UFC fighters who could qualify... but he just shat on Khabib and Colby, for example.
So I have no clue what's going on in his head and who he could possibly call out after this. Even with Conor, Nate seems to realize that everyone's begging for that guy, so I doubt he'll call him out. But he's gotta call out somebody? He seems to live by Chael's philosophy that everything is a promo for the next thing, so I doubt he would skip on such a huge opportunity to build a new fight.
