General MMA Discussion & Future Lines - January, 2019

Safe to say, the shots Conor landed on Nate would have dropped Cowboy all day. He's getting KO'd here I reckon. Also lol @ thinking Nate won 1.5 of their 2 fights. He clearly lost 3 rounds.
lol?
Nate Diaz choked Conor out and lost in a squeaker in the rematch. One judge scored it a draw even. This should hardly instill confidence in anyone backing McGregor.
Why is there so much KO confidence in McGregor? Name me any 170er that Conor has KO'd. Name anyone over 5'9" that he's KO'd. I get that Cerrone is fragile but his PTV is far more obvious than Conor's. Like, is Conor KO or bust in this? He probably is. Especially if Donald comes in there with any sense of self-preservation and grapples.

I don't know why you're so triggered by people having confidence in arguably one of the best fighters in the UFC. Of course his path to victory is most likely KO, I don't know why you'd be confident in a declining Cerrone other than 'value' in his odds with such a willingness to take damage while standing these days.

He can take Rd 1 or 2 slow all he wants, he will get dropped if he does that.

Fwiw, I doubt Cerrone takes him down either, unless he's gassed to the fucking gills.

I'm not triggered, I'm perfectly cal....YOU THINK CONOR MCGREGOR IS ONE OF THE BEST FIGHTERS IN THE UFC!!??!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

In all seriousness, I'm not that confident in a declining Cerrone and it would be a "value" play if I do go for it. But tt's not like Cerrone is just going to lay down. Tony Ferguson and JG are not Conor McGregor. A lot of people doubt Cerrone grapples. Maybe you and them are right. But at least Donald has the option. Conor sure doesn't.

And like hell I'm playing Coke McGregor at -200 or whatever. Between the layoff, the multiple allegations, the actual arrests, the drugs, the booze. Where is he at exactly? No way you can know and his price isn't worth it. In my opinion, this fight should be like -130/+100. -255/+215 is nuts.

Yeah, current price is kind of fucked on Mcgregor and I'm more than happy to just watch and see if there's a livebet opportunity.

Would be surprised if there was a livebet opportunity on Conor in this one. IMO Conor will win every minute up to either the finish or Cerrone getting comfortable enough to start pulling ahead.

Cerrone at 4 mins is generally an elite play though. Sidesteps his main vulnerability window

At 155 i was gonna go heavy connor but at 170 + getting cowboy at +200 or better is the play imo, theoretically has all 3 paths to victory here

Who else is smeshing Tony @ over +200. I know that's pure value

Where do you watch tape on KSW? I can't find almost any matches, except for a random fight posted on youtube.

You can find I'd say about 80% of them if you try. Most of the time I have to settle for the whole event and skipping to which fight I need to see.

Fight Pass got re-designed and updated today, both desktop version and app for Fire TV and probably other versions of the UFC app. Fixed the audio/video sync issues it used to have on Fire TV 4K for me.

Yea I was pretty excited about the update

I see both fights Conor and khabib need a finish inside 2 or their opponents will take over and win a decision or late finish

Will be on the dog in both fights

Just the millionth example of why this isn't a sport. It's WWE just with more of a script and less real punches

Anyone betting on today's one fc? I have
