He caught Dustins single leg on a number of occasions and could've easily gone for the foot sweep finish.

Why is he scared to engage in any grappling or clinch work?

He out grappled Max and Nate. He also used to grapple prior to coming to the ufc.

He should of clinched with dustin more to give the leg some rest bite, he was winning the clinch and cracking him with hard shoulder strikes.

Because he sucks at grappling. He probably treats his fights like a boxing match now. I guess someone forgot to tell him Poirier isn't wearing 10 oz gloves and isn't Floyd Mayweather. Huge paydays do weird things to people.

>Outgrappled Nate

You can’t be this stupid... Either you’re Dana or some Conor cuck’s alternate account.

Grappling empties your gas tank in seconds. Specially if in front he has another grappler.

Maybe he remembered what happened when he tried to take down Nate in their first fight.
Oh yeah, how could I forget that.

Is that the one where Diaz lit him up, and Conor was almost gonna get knocked out for the first time, so he panicked and suddenly became a wrestler?

I think the term Conor uses is “Panic Wrestler”

So he then became a panic wrestler, and attempted an awful double leg take down to which Diaz sprawled and stuffed with ease. I think Diaz used his hips to stuff it, the hips Conor said he was going to crush.

Conor then got mounted, Diaz whacked him, this caused Conor, who is so experienced in BJJ, a brown belt I might add, to turn and gave his back. A white belt knows not to do this, so not sure how a brown belt doesn’t. Then again how does someone who has won 2 titles not know what a calf kick is?

Anyway after turning and giving his back (a no no in BJJ, if you went he to class he would know) did Diaz whack him again to expose the neck, and sink a clean RNC to force him to tap and give him the name “McTapper”?

I think I remember that one, me only being a casual Conor fan, I only remember Conors highlight reel.

1. Grappling doesn't give you all the PPV records.

2. Dustin looked about 30 pounds heavier than Conor.

3. Conor is the ultimate entertainer.

Out grappled Nate? When was that? When he was mounted and turned to give his back? Yeah that what great grappling actually, forgot about.

Or when Diaz swept Conor in the 5th of the second fight which gave the win clearly to Diaz, yeah great out grappling by Conor again.

You must train wrestling or Jiu jitsu, you have such a great wealth of knowledge. With that knowledge I’m guessing you train BJJ at SBG? Kav is such a great BJJ teacher isn’t he, teaches you how to finish a takedown from a single leg, he also teaches you how defend from mount and not give your back.

He's not very good at it and grappling greatly wears on your cardio.

He needs to assert himself. Go for a power double leg take down. Gain full mount. Interlocking Fish Smash the shit of his next opponent.

Could not agree more TS, could not agree more.
Why wait till hits the ground? Just charge your opponent and open with the Interlocking Fish Smash.
