I have talked as much shit about Woodley as anyone on here.

But he fought well last night. I'll give him that. And he should not be cut. You can clearly see when he goes for it he can be competitive. I think Luque is an easy top 10 guy (although maybe bottom half of it)

Give Woodley... I dunno maybe Belal or someone like that

Why would at this point, any contender want to fight Woodley?

That was the last fight on his contract, if I were him, I'd try seeing if I can get in the PFL tourney and make a million one last time.

Woodley finally got his shit together and took the right approach to the fight, but he still lost. That must be even more discouraging than his three previous losses put together, I don't see how he rebounds from this.

I would rather see Woodley go for it like he did than cruise to a boring decision where he is defensive and gets out pointed. He almost beat luque.

PFL cash grab coming up.....

I’m not a woodley fan but man he came out with the right approach and almost had it. I know almost means Jack shit but hell.... I’ve seen a lot worse performances for the last fight on the deal. Give him three more, lower salary or whatever.

It might be time for "the talk". He's lost four in a row now. He hasn't won a round during that streak. I give him props for switching it up and coming out aggressive for the first time in a long time but that just led to him basically getting knocked out on the feet and then submitted in the 1st round. It's over.

He only fought like that because it was the last fight on his contract and he knows if it was another stinker performance like his last 3 then he would undoubtedly get cut

I’d like to see Woodley get another beat down. Black Lives Matter..

4th loss in a row....isn't known to be the most exciting fighter.....don't sell tickets....

Dude is very likely done with the UFC imho

I don't know that he should be cut, however he should absolutely consider retirement. He turns 39 years old next week, and is on a 4 fight losing streak. He was the UFC champ with 3 title defenses, what else is he going to prove at this stage? You're not gonna suddenly turn things around at 39 years old and get back into contention in the WW division. He had a great career but it's clearly over, time to hang up the gloves.

You want him dead? Bellator's WW division is even better lol

Lima, Amosov, Koreshkov, Larkin, Daley, Berkhamov, Neiman, MVP, Jason Jackson, Joey Davis, Storley etc
Dana does not like Woodley and in the post fight press conference he said Woodley is basically old and shot.
Tyron already fought under Coker in Strikeforce.

I dont mind Woodley keeping his losing skid going tbf. But I see him as a big risk low reward for everybody.. even for Bellator guys.

Add his name to the list of recent UFC cuts imo
