UFC 261: Usman vs Masvidal 2 official thread

I'm legit wondering when they'll get rid of the PPV model. They aren't doing any favors with the undercards being poor on these. All of the free cards have seemed to be much better from top to bottom than the PPVs.

Im down for a subscription model, even something like Uk's BT sports price range, they pay 25$ per ppv and then a monthly subscription. It cost something, but way less than American prices of 69.99 per ppv.

That's why the odds are so close.

Chris has dogshit cardio now though too, look at his last fight. Uriah is still strong in r3. If this makes it out of r1, livebet the fuck out of Hall imo.

I think Hall probably cracks him ala Reyes, but not quite as fast.
i worry Chris goes in there and just spams takedowns and Hall just gets repeatedly taken down and controlled on the ground for 10 minutes of the fight. The same way Antonio 'shoe face' did so in their fight. Stats | UFC (ufcstats.com)

If Chris can out grapple Omari for 8 mins in their fight , he can control Hall and win a boring lay and pray fight. but you have a point about the cardio, so i can see uriah cracking him at any point in the fight.

I kinda like Allen in this spot. Roberson's grappling is low level and he will help Allen getting the fight to the ground himself, awful fight IQ.
However, if Roberson can keep it standing he should be able to outstrike Allen fairly easily. That's a big if though, hence my interest in Allen.

Hall/Weidman is very hard to cap IMO. Weidman is patient enough standing that I can see Hall also being very inactive. If it's a fight like that and Weidman can't get the takedowns, it's going to be a weird one to score. Weidman can also snag takedowns and he'd give Hall fits on the ground, but Hall can also crack Weidman standing. To me it really is almost 50/50 and hard to have a lean either way.

just usman on parlays. i'll put some on weidman vs hall under.

It seems this scope of an eye I have is only getting shaper by the hour. I've polished my new dojutsu, boys it really is a sneaky under rated power. The thing about a dojutsu user is you may never know you've even meet one until after it is too late. I'm here for the win and looking forward to watching Street Jesus run it back again.

Weidman has really good wrestling, if his chin doesnt get cracked than he will get takedowns for sure.
He took every opponent down he wanted to take down

I love the confidence! Good luck bro!
My Official Bets
$1000 Usman
$1000 Valentina
$1000 (my pick of the week) Pm me
$500 Usman / Valentina

Switching back and forth between Hall and Weidman.

Hall has looked good recently but he's so fucking inconsistent.

If Weidman gets him down once, the fight may be over. Hall can also end the fight at damn near any moment.

They're both 36, but in terms of fight miles, Weidman has way more. And Hall gets better as the fight goes on, it's tough to call.

Weidman has such a strange career when you look at his trajectory. He went from the top of the world beating Silva and Vitor who at the time were monsters. After being champ things were very up and down for him. I am guessing it was mainly around injuries but I don't know. I agree that Hall has looked better recently but I am still scared by his lack of activity. Hall isn't someone I can bet on in general, just too fucking flaky.

Hall I find to be a headcase. He's always had all of the tools to be much better than what he has been. In most of his wins, I've always felt like he was having trouble if not losing most of them until he acutally won it. Has he ever won a fight in which he wasn't out right losing it completely until he pulled something out?

Looks like that banking error just cleared.
