Very untrue, most successful people are usually narcissists, also people who succeed in business have a pretty high chance of being a sociopath or a psychopath.

Sociopaths don't typically become successful because they compulsively flaunt the rules and come into contact with law enforcement frequently. They hate society and feel that they don't have to live by the rules. Any success they have is typically because they are in an environment that caters to that behavior. Combat sports, entertainment, crime etc.

Psychopaths on the other hand are usually very good at blending into society and manipulating their environment and the people in their lives so they can keep their facade. If you ever had that coworker or manager who played you like it was entertainment but kept getting away with it, that's psychopathy.
