what would be the motivation for them to tell so many abductees and experiencers that they are from outer space then?
 
Regular UFO sightings on this ranch caught on film. here the new current owner shared that he believes they may be able to establish the reality of other dimensional beings.

they have filmed multiple ufo's and they even SEEM to be triggered by experiments they have done on the ranch including shooting rockets up into the sky with sensors to try to discover the source of anomalous microwave frequencies.

they have also been able to detect anomalous transient radiation (some members were injured by it) see objects moving about the ranch via infrared that cannot be seen with the naked eye and measure very strange magnetic anomalies.

edit--

they have also had some of the anomalous activity follow them home and experience it when off of the ranch and have had multiple accounts of anomalous activity happening on the ranch and at someone's home simultaneously.

Bigfoot or Yeti? Both are most likely real or were real. Yeti most likely still alive because they inhabit an area with very few human interaction. Bigfoot possible maybe in certain areas, but probably much harder since areas are very populated. The famous footage of Bigfoot is fake though, obvious man in a suit but that doesn't mean Bigfoot wasn't possible.
