Social Kyle Rittenhouse updates

Stop it, Kaz. You look like Fonzy jumping over a shark. Please don’t get into Queen B territory.

personally, I think he is worse from his use of the same fucking emoji in just about every single post to the idiotic stuff that is said

Are you going to say he didn't drive out of state? I very much doubt he said, "Hey cop guys, I just shot 3 people. Can I leave? We cool?"

He drove the 15 minutes home and then turned himself in the next day. Still can't frame a situation honesty, can you?

His first reaction was to go to the cops and it's on the video that that's exactly what he attempted. The police waved him away. My guess is because they had reports of people injured and it's always a priority to tend to injured people before anything else.

The kid tried to turn himself in and the crazies condemn him, yet when criminals fight with the cops the crazies praise them and make excuses for their behavior.

How do you drive from Antioch to Kenosha in 15 minutes?

Speed. Otherwise you’re looking at about 25-30 minutes to travel the 20 miles, depending on traffic of course.

Of course, he drove 150 mph to get back to Antioch once out of the city.

Ok, maybe it was 30. Or God, forbid, 40 minutes of driving. This is really the shit you wanna argue about?

And all the while you run away from questions like this:

....? This addresses nothing I said. Dude....seriously?

Just answer the question. Why dismiss the witness accounts of both McGinnis and the retired military officer, which are two separate accounts that align perfectly, but accept two separate accounts by two rioters that say different things?

You can't just say "McGinnis is a right wing blogger" on this one.

This is like the 7th or 8th time Ive asked you and you run away every time. Only to come back and nitpick about whether it was a 15 minutes drive or a 30 minute drive.

I expect now you'll go through the thread, count the number of times I asked you and come back with a reply like "You only asked me 6 times".

I have some people on ignore but it is amazing how you don't like your statements pulled apart on something superficial rather than the core of what's beings said. I answered your question earlier but I don't feel compelled to answer questions that are not honest questions. If you want my response, flip back a few pages.

It is disconcerting the only reference to the person that you mention is in the right wing, Wisconsin Right Now, blog and it is an anonymous report that no one can back up.

Caught the rest of the evidence hearing last night. Thought it was interesting that the defense was trying to get pedo's felon status admissible so they could argue he was motivated to attack Kyle due to wanting to steal a gun. Juror's knowing he's a felon helps, but I don't see how claiming it was a intended robbery doesn't seem like the best strategy. Pretty sure you don't get to shoot someone over that. Seems better to just stick with pedo being motivated by violence so that it drives home the fear of death or great bodily harm. No surprise the judge disallowed it since Kyle couldn't have known he was a felon.

Also interesting the the judge all but kiboshed the defense's use of force expert witness. The judge said he was the use of force expert and wasn't going to have competition in his court room. Will the judge be testifying? Or will he be telling which verdict the jury should render? The comment confused me.

Yeah, I thought that was a pretty fucking stupid narrative to push.

Shit. Show.

Cryle should never have left his (broken) home to play cops and robbers.

He COULD have avoided all the drama caused by his retardation that compelled him to patrol the streets and simply be at school right now trying to beat up girls with girl punches some more.

Yeah, I thought that was a pretty fucking stupid narrative to push.

When the prosecutor argued against by saying it was speculation, I wondered if the defense should have turned around and asked that the fire extinguishing stuff be inadmissible since prosecution saying that's what motivated the attack would also be speculation. That would undercut their plan to paint things as if Kyle was at fault for pedo's actions. Doubt it would have worked, but might have been worth a shot.

And if the people there burning and looting had stayed home then Rittenhouse wouldn't have felt the need to go there. This is a stupid game to play.

I've never understood that narrative anyway. Are they really going to try to argue that putting out fires at a fucking gas station negates his right to self defense because it pissed off a mentally ill criminal?

It would seem. But that's a waste time from what I saw in the statutes. Kyle running away would restore whatever right to self-defense they can claim he surrendered by interfering with a crime in progress. Then it's just a matter of reasonable fear. An obviously unhinged guy chasing you at full sprint, then grabbing for your gun, would put any non-Sherdogger in fear of death or great bodily harm. Dude obviously wanted to do some damage to Kyle.

The prosecutor was dishonest or stupid on occasion. Trying to get in the Proud Boys shit that occurred months after the incident is ridiculous. Either there was a connection at the time or there wasn't. If so then show it. And then saying how pedo not trying to take anyone's gun at the gas station when there was a group shows he wasn't trying to take Kyle's gun when he got separated. Gotta be a moron to think that isn't a massive change in circumstances. Like people waiting to get their victims alone isn't well established human behavior.

I guess I really can't blame the prosecution for flailing. They have nothing to build a case on. The eyewitnesses corroborate self defense and the videos corroborate self defense. Hell, the State's own Criminal Complaint corroborates self defense. What are they supposed to do?

since rittenhouse was charged in rosenbaum's death, did he technically flee the scene of a crime? and if so, do citizens have the right to attempt to apprehend him as a criminal? referring to the second shooting, of course.

2nd shooting will completely come down to the results of the first shooting

If first shooting gets ruled a murder, then second shooting Kyle is no longer defending himself he just killed more people. Like someone jumping a school shooter but them getting killed in the process.

If Kyle is innocent of the first murder, then the 2nd one is clearly self defense on his part as he was a legal self defender, now defending himself against someone armed with a gun and someone who physically accosted him with a skateboard (weapon)

All comes down to the first event of the evening.
