It just depends on the profit margin. If some no name was in the same situation Dana would ride out on his high horse and ostracize him. But if the guy brings in views, then they deserve a second chance. Or a third, or fourth, as long as they bring in the $$$.

Resources do not fix emotional issues, ever, although they will certainly make the logistics easier - but only a sociopath would focus on the logistics, which is exactly what you're doing. There are real people involved here.

Jones has a propensity for violence; and he repeatedly gets into legal troubles involving some combination of women, violence, vehicles, guns, alcohol, and drugs. It happens over and over again. There is also a tendency for him to become (verbally) confrontational with armed police officers, as well as to try to physically flee the scene of incidents.

One fears this won't end well.
