Most of the time fighters get two or three FREE fouls.

An MMA fighter should just aim to boot that groin hard right out of the gate. a minute later a full blown eye poke.

Maybe a bit later another foul.

That fighter then is severely compromised. The fouling fighter has had no points taken, and has a huge advantage.
