How do you like your bacon?

Always amusing when someone feels the need to enter a thread specifically about (in this case) bacon to say they don't eat bacon.

Especially considering it is a delicacy and one of the finest meats, even more especially so when perfectly prepared, I spent years and thousands of slices honing my craft and def worth
 
Not too crispy, but not soft either.
 
Been eating more bacon, frankfurters/brats & chorizo to help keep my weight up.
Added weekly mileage, so gotta eat more.

After my big ass night meal, will be my snack/meal before crash around 11pm ish.

I like it like I like my fried eggs, with a ghetto crisp & fried hard.

Baked at around 400 for around 20 minutes. I do it on a cooling rack so the fat melts off while cooking. C'est magnifique.

Bingo. I'll never fry bacon again.

Has to be thick cut, and I usually bake it for about 17-18 minutes because I prefer it a little chewy.
 
Thick cut Canadian style (round)
Crispy on the edges but a bit chewy in the middle.
 
I've been trying my hand at cooking bacon. I can now cook that, hot dogs, and top ramen.

Do you set it on 6 or 7? The stove?
