i don’t recall prince naseem ever knocking anyone unconscious with one punch. like ever.
nah. sat bungu on his ass but he wasn’t out. just rolled over and gave up.Bungu??
dmitry kudryashov (probably the hardest puncher i’ve ever seen, overall):
there used to be a great kudryashov highlight on YT that had no music and all original fight audio, the sound of his punches is horrific
he really doesn’t tbh. never knocked anyone out cold, let alone with one punchThink Valero needs a mention here also.
Youre not wrong. He was hurt but it seems like he gave up more than anything.nah. sat bungu on his ass but he wasn’t out. just rolled over and gave up.

beat a LOT of asses but he’s a beterbiev/tyson type. just unloaded with brutal combos & pressure and made people fold. good puncher no doubt but not really a one-punch guyReally? Fuck my mind was playing tricks on me. Could have sworn he knocked a few cold, off to rewatch.
wow. awakening some ancient memories there. good callNot an atg by any stretch of the imagination,.but julian letterlough was a hell of a.puncher
oh yeah, dorticos is a wiry snappy puncher with vicious power. beat the absolute shit out of kudryashov and many others. not the kind of functional/practical power you typically get from a cuban fighter.Good one. You reminded me now of Dorticos too. He is a great one punch KO artist who is not a HW.
Lots of good names mentioned already... Naoya Inoue currently. I haven't seen Bob Foster and Ernie Shavers mentioned yet. I would guess Jimmy Wilde and Sam Langford too, especially since they were usually giving up a lot of size.
well robinson is a “lack of footage” case as well. considering the sheer number of fights he had in his prime, usually against overmatched opposition, i’m sure he probably knocked a bunch of guys dead. we just can’t be sure because there’s no footage.i mentioned Foster above. IMO he is the most impressive one punch KO artist ever (who is not a HW). I was about to say Langford but didn't say it because of lack of footage. And what about Sugar Ray Robinson? I think he deserves a mention too.
I made a thread on Nonito having the most devastating left hook I've ever seen and I think Andy Lee has one of the most devastating right hooks I've ever seen from the southpaw side. He absolutely slept guys when he landed that hook on the money. In terms of some guys from the last number of years whose style actually relies on setting up huge, single shots, I think of Andy Lee and Nonito Donaire. There are bigger punchers than those two, but their styles were explicitly reliant on setting up that one big shot.
