Santos is 10 times the striker Ngannou is and faster and still could bearly touch Jon
I love how you all pretending Jones is gonna be the same speed at HW lol
Santos is 10 times the striker Ngannou is and faster and still could bearly touch Jon
he clearly beat OSP on short noticeJon Jones struggles when fighters have a reach that's greater than 75 inches.
OSP had a 80 inch reach
Santos had a 76 inch reach
Reyes had a 77 inch reach
Gus had a 79 inch reach
These guys clearly have a reach disadvantage, yet Jon only wins comfortably when the difference is 10 inches. Against beasts like Ngannou and Gane who can easily match his physicality, Jones is getting demolished.
Gane hits a lot harder than Jones. Ngannou might rush Jones like he did Rozenstruik, which could be the end of Jones.
I see Ngannou as a solid favorite, and a bigger favorite after tonight.
that s because Jon has been figthing guys who are as skilled or at least faster than Gane for over 10 years now
Roz has 0 footwork and Gane is as pillow fisted as Jon even while been heavier
lhw is thin now mate remember than when Jon won the belt it was filled with Prime former champsThis is fair. Lhw is a thin division but hw is not known for skilled fighters.
However, we will have to see how Jones looks at heavyweight. He may not be able to run around with that extra bulk. Then be becomes standing target for ngannou.
Lots of unknowns.
he took the punch with witch DC stiffned Stipe like a candy bud his kicks also looked way stronger than Gane when he faced OSP that was probably his heaviest fight nigth weigthGane hits way harder than Jones. He is much thicker boned.
Still, it's mostly psychological. Ngannou could have rushed Gane and been fine. I thought for a second he was going to do that and win the fight in round one. Ngannou will have no respect for Jones's power and could likely finish him early. Jones has never been hit by a heavyweight, unlike Gane who has fought Lewis, Volkov, Rozenstruik, and more.
Ngannou will see Jones as prey, and that's when Ngannou is at his deadliest.
Has he said so?He's not coming back
They all LOST to JonesJon Jones struggles when fighters have a reach that's greater than 75 inches.

Worthless emotion based babble.easily Gane turned him into a panic wrestler but there is no way in hell he s gonna outgraple Jones you heard it here Jones will be the hw champ
they both do very similar stuff knees, kicks, elbows kind a sloppy boxing but still good enough to make Ngannou look sillyThere is some hope for him after this I'd agree but really I think Gane is a very different striker to Jones, I can see Francis having way less respect for Jon
Rather be dead tired than deadThose guys weren't as slow as Ngannou who is dead tired after 1 round
Jones made the greatest UFC heavyweight wrestler do this.Jones struggles against similar sized LHW’s, you think he’s taking Francis down? Gus took him down easily and defended the TD’s, same with Reyes.
