I always notice a big difference in my Monday night chicken if I get a brand other than smart chicken, it’s about twice the price of other brands but well worth it

It's steamed sweet corn, fresh off the vine from a local farm and it is delicious

I didn't use any salt on this because the sausage is pretty salty already, I cooked it on the lowest rack of the oven so it would get charred on the bottom, then when it was done I put a little water in the pan and mixed it all around so that everything would get covered in that sweet caramelization and pan drippings
Turned out really well, potatoes were full of flavor even with no salt
