Assuming Arum plays ball and let's Naoya fight Fulton, i think Naoya finishes him. I haven't seen any real weaknesses in Fulton but he's never faced someone who is as powerful and accurate from all angles like Naoya is. That Donaire headshot beating is only one side of Naoya too, he's got probably the best body punches in the sport.

That's what makes the matchup interesting, Fulton Jr's body is as close to bullet proof as you can get, it's one of his strengths. He took 12 rounds of body shots non stop from Figeorao who's much bigger than Inoue and is an excellent body puncher (although not as precise a body puncher as Inoue).

I agree but it’d be good for a buildup to Fulton-Inoue, 2 undisputed/undefeated champs going head to head. Same reason I hope Haney goes up to 140 to challenge Josh Taylor.

I think Butler takes the Inoue fight. Why wouldn't he? That has to be more cash that he's seen or will see otherwise.
And if Inoue is moving up after, he can re-collect the belts---if he can re-collect the belts.

I'd love to see Inoue in with Fulton Jr. afterwards. I think he (Inoue) wins that too, to be honest.

Fulton is really, really good and has the skillset to give Inoue a lot of issues, but it's hard not to side with the offensive dynamo that is Inoue. Craft to go with a ridiculous amount of firepower.
