Media Bones Jones spitting facts in Twitter: Gane's competition absolutely sucks

I have a hard time understanding motivation behind Jones will to undermine Gane competition in his last fights. So if Jones wins, what does that say about his level at HW ?

Gane is way more twitchier and quicker in terms of how fast he reacts when throwing punches and kicks, than Santos. Sounds like Jones is trying to convince himself.

Don't see the need for the Lewis tweet, it is what it is he is horrible. If his feelings are hurt, oh well.

You think Gane is faster than Santos and Reyes? I completely disagree. How do you figure that. Gane fights slower people so by contrast he appears faster than he is. Gane is fast for a heavyweight. Jones has fought way faster people.
 
Of course Gane's unproven in some ways, who would give Jon even a chance if there was footage of Gane stuffing TD from good wrestlers in the octagon. Maybe we wouldn't even have this fight otherways.

Don't know if he is faster, but what I meant by twitchier and quicker is he reacts to openings and countering in a faster manner. Hard to explain.
 
Narcissist to the max, no joke. They have a video out of Jones hitting pads at 205 vs him hitting pads now as a heavyweight side by side. The guy is considerably slower now, there's no comparison really. Gane's gonna light him up in the standup with his jab imo as long as this stays on the feet.

He's going for more power now. A lot of people have speed and no power. That's pointless. A lot of fast pad work means nothing in an actual fight because the punches are too light. They focus on just speed but not speed and power. Those type of punches fighters just walk through. ]

What you really want to focus on with pad work and bag work is the sound that it makes when it hits. Deeper sounds is more thudding power. Snapping sounds like a whip is the snapping power. The pitter patter is just light touches, they will sound like light clapping. Don't be fooled by speed either, listen to the sound.

Also most people speed up their pad work and videos so they can seem like they are faster than they are. Watch the speed in actual fights to really gauge fighter's speed. A lot of fighter's tweak the speed on their videos like how models/influencers tweak their photos with photoshop to make their body parts look bigger, but with fighters it's to look like they are faster. It's very obvious because many times they will have people in the backgrounds or sounds on so you will hear the altered sound since it's sped up or the unnatural quick movements of everyone in the background.

What's crazy is that some fans still think this is Machida Jones. They think Jones gonna run through Gane. My god, the tears will be delicious. I'm worried about his kids, honestly. Hope he doesn't hurt them after Gane humiliates him. Rude awakening coming
 
It sounds like Jon started binging Gane's fights for the first time and is starting to realize the comeback isn't going to work out.
