Maybe he was also very perplexed with what just went down. It was honestly a very stupid way to lose the belt. Throw the laziest spinning back kick ever only to get countered with a back take and face crank. In a close fight too. Islam being the calculated fighter probably disaproved.

Negative fight IQ can be upsetting to watch sometimes.

Oh and the russian thing.
 
Would an Avar (I think?) from Dagestan feel that much camaraderie with a Russian from Kyrgyzstan?
 
Probably same as he was with Usman, thought he was winning that easily and couldn’t believe Leon ko-ed him in the fifith out of nowhere. Similar story here… But what I do know, maybe he is in love.

After his fight with Volks he thought that RNCs do not work, and was mad that a woman could do that better than he did.

More like he's from Caucasus and she's from Kirghizistan so he feels a small geographical bethren as former USRR country citizen. I'm algerian and I'd feel the same if a Tunisian would compete, I would support the guy even if I don't know him. Something like that is my guess
