Elections Elon Musk exposes what happened to the Hunter Biden Story

Pick a crime, provide the evidence, go on from there.

I don't really care why you think these things are tied to the laptop.

You guys are happy to burn the FBI to the ground any time they sniff a Republican but think they should behead a Democrat for cases put together by blind men playing pin the tail on the donkey.

I'm happy to see any politician prosecuted for any crime but this is just partisan white noise.

Hunter has definitely committed crimes like the gun crime. Toss away the key if he's guilty, I couldn't care less. Make actual cases.

Joe's security detail committed a crime over that gun as well.

Is it white noise? I just listed 4 crimes that we wouldn't know about without the laptop. And the fbi and doj don't seem to be showing any real interest in investigating.

Thank goodness we have a strong DA in NY that's willing to investigate possible federal campaign violations.

Idiot.

The invasion of privacy is mentioned as a cause of action and damages as it relates to his actual claim of libel. It's not an admission that everything you saw on reddit was true.

Looks ike all the respectec news sources got it wrong LOL.

BBC:
Hunter Biden, the US president's embattled son, is suing a Delaware computer repair shop owner over the handling of his private laptop.

Mr Biden and his attorneys allege John Paul Mac Isaac illegally copied and distributed private information from the laptop's hard drive.

CBS
Hunter Biden is suing a Delaware-based computer repairman for invasion of privacy and publication of private information. The counterclaim lawsuit, which also responds to repairman John Mac Isaac's libel lawsuit, argues that Mac Isaac invaded Biden's privacy in 2019 by accessing and wrongfully sharing his personal data with several individuals.
Axios
Hunter Biden filed a countersuit in a federal court on Friday against the owner of a Delaware computer repair shop, claiming its owner had no legal right to distribute his private information.

CNN
Hunter Biden is accusing the Delaware computer repair shop owner who worked on a laptop of trying to invade his privacy and wrongfully sharing his personal data for political purposes, according to new federal court filings.

Maybe you could post just 1 to back-up your version of the suit? <45><45><45>

You're confusing separate lawsuits and still pulling portions from the damages.

Kid, just think for a second. You think that the lawyers sued for libel, and then immediately admitted they had no claim by somehow inferring that suing for an invasion of privacy amounts to an admission. One would have to wonder why this case hasn't been immediately dismissed, as if what you believe is true, it would have already been.

Look, you're going to believe whatever your little partisan heart wants. But you can always look at the actual filing and see that he's not admitting to the truth of whatever you saw off reddit (as, remember, Rudy and maga computer guy never said what they actually saw or turned over). That, and don't take five days to try and sneak in the last word.

The same mouth breathing NPCs didn’t even realize the same MSM propaganda arm and big tech censored all dissent and swayed an election… well more than their ballot harvesting measures

I posted CNN, ABC, CBCMS and Axios - not exactly conservative news.

You've posted your ramblings.

And it's fantasy baseball season, no one is waiting to "sneak" in the last word. You honestly aren't worth the effort

I told you I haven't been checking in lately.

Better question, have you found any source at all to support your claim in those 2 weeks?

Well according to you, this case should have been dismissed because somehow Hunter's attorneys admitted that all the contents are true by suing for defamation. Yet it hasn't. So I supposed I should court the very court system as my source?

Anyway, what do you think Hunter's attorneys somehow admitted to? Remember, Giuliani and MAGA store owner still haven't said what they claimed they saw or passed on to authorities. So when Hunter sues them and cites an invasion of privacy amongst the damages, how does that somehow prove that the stuff you saw floating around the internet, is true?

I honestly want to know how your brain works with this theory. Just walk us all through it.

And if this request is going to take you several weeks again, you can just PM me or something. No need to bump this thread once a month, whenever you finally puzzle out a response.

I didn't say the case should be dismissed. I said truth is a defense against slander and defamation - which isn't what he's suing for. He's suing for invasion of privacy - hence the lawyer claiming that Hunter had an expectation of privacy for the pictures and document on his laptop.

My "theory" is that Hunter counter sued because he already has to share that Ukraine and China money with dad and doesn't want anyone else getting a piece of the pie. So the easiest angle to sue for is to claim that he had an expectation of privacy on his private laptop and Joe Blow Computer Guy made him look bad by disclosing all of his private and illegal shit. An;y more questions?

Perhaps you should explain to us how your brain works since you keep claiming that ABC, CBS, CNN, Axios, and the NYTimes have the story wrong.

That is an insanely stupid theory.

Mate, this isn't hard. Hunter is suing several parties and trying to secure depositions. Not just from Giuliani and MAGA store owner, but also from Chinese billionaires that allegedly were behind the leak online. For instance:

Biden’s attorneys are also seeking to depose Guo Wengui, a Bannon associate who was allegedly involved in the dissemination of Hunter Biden’s electronic data. Guo was arrested Wednesday by federal authorities in New York on charges related to what prosecutors say was a $1 billion fraud scheme. He has pleaded not guilty.

https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/po...-offensive-trump-allies-laptop-data-rcna75413

And it makes since to do so. Rudy and MAGA computer owner alleged, very vaguely, that they had in their possession Hunter's laptop. Now for two years they've yet to say what they saw on this laptop. They have both refused to tell us what they supposedly passed on to federal authorities (the laptop itself, the hard drive, printouts of emails that they supposedly read), and continue to give us nothing on what this CT was actually about. Around the same time, you had a dump of electronic files on the internet that is suspected to have come from said Chinese billionaire and Steve Bannon.

Listing an invasion of privacy as a cause of action is a way to get those depositions. Put Giuliani under oath (remember, he got disbarred from multiple states for lying) and have him either step up and just lay out what he saw (you keep saying that truth is a defense to slander, so isn't it strange that Rudy, two years on, just won't say it?). Or, Giuliani admits that him and MAGA store owners version of events are complete bullshit and made up in conjunction with other shitbirds in order to give weight to the aforementioned leak on the internet.

Regardless, suing for an invasion of privacy does not mean that the plaintiff is thereby admitting to everything the defendant has said about them? How does that even make sense to you? Because Hunter sued Giuliani, he's now admitting to other shit on reddit being 100% true? That's not a legal thing. Hell, that's not even an english language thing. How much must I dumb this down to get this through to you?

Lets take a really stupid example: I go to your work and steal your laptop. I then broadcast to the world that I saw evidence of you fucking a dog in your emails. You then sue me and cite a breach of privacy of said email account. Does this mean you 100% fucked that dog? If you can puzzle out why not, you might finally be on to something.

I've never seen an interview where the person let Taibbi finish a sentence. And Hasan is clearly lying.

absolutely disgusting how this story was buried/suppressed . this is another example of where I would have assumed Liberals would have been front and center in terms of condeming/opposing such behavior.

but take a look at this thread, so incredibly shameful

I'm thoroughly enjoying the mainstream try to take down Taibbi with nonsense. You know you hit the right button when randoms start to target you.

Ah yes, a minor error is just over reporting numbers by 22 million.

Wonder what else he’s misrepresented. Really makes you think.

If he has really been "misrepresenting", why has no one proven it or disputed his reporting?
