The way Izzy was poking at him was a boss alpha move. I damn sure would never do that to Pereira.

Been looking forward to this bromance.

It will only blossom if Alex goes to 205

That’d be pretty cool. Even though Izzy gets into some beefs with his opponents he seems to always be willing to be cool afterwards, the only one that seemed to take more time was the Whittaker one for some odd reason

He’s only cool when he wins. After he lost last time he said “you don’t like me, and I don’t like you. But respect.” He’s kinda bi-polar.

Well, I wouldn't do that either.

Look past their flaws/quirks/shortcomings, both guys are respectful martial artists types.

In the future, I think we're gonna see them on a TV sets, enjoying talking about these fights together.

Maybe I'm just intoxicated.

It'll be like how DJ and Cejudo rewatched their two fights together and analyzed it. That would be something.

Lol if only their fans on this forum could hug it out face to face like that

Lol, Izzy is going after Pereira’s son though

It's ridiculous how UFC is trying their absolute and some more to make it look like Izzy is the winner of their rivalry with a whooping one win against three losses.

Mad respect to Izzy, but Pereira deserves a rematch. I think he got careless, but it wasn't looking good for Izzy. I don't believe for a second that Izzy was playing possum. Izzy says a lot of shit, like acting as if this win would give him the edge over three defeats.

But at the end of the day, mad, mad respect to Izzy for fighting him again and winning.
I honestly think part of Izzys game plan was if he felt a bit in trouble to cover up against the cage and once alex started working throw a counter overhand. It may have been something they spotted on tape but izzy threw it without even looking like he knew his hand would be down
