Crime Guy RNCed on NY subway dies.

Cool the aggression.

They don't die for a lot of reasons. Including proper technique and not being under the influence of drugs. And sadly sometimes they still do die. It's super super rare but people have had strokes caised by chokes that killed them after practice.

I do not think they are lying. Have you ever been in a life or death situation or a psychical struggle with a stranger? Even just watched it happen? Your senses go wild. Your sense of time slows down and is no longer reliable.

Let's be 100% clear. We do not know how long the choke was held.
LOL @ cool the aggression coming from you who has no problem calling people liars on a daily basis despite your own imagination being the only evidence. Fuck you and your sensitivity to aggression. You're a fucking clown.

How's that perusal of my post history working out?

Edit: and also LMAO @ cool the aggression coming from someone with your AV ROFL

Blaythe and I were having a civil conversation I was attempting to keep it in that realm.

As for you. Yeah I don't think half as much as you and have no problem calling you a dumb lying sack of shit. I don't look at your post history talk about Narcissism wtf.

Ok? And the cops did it anyways and he died. How is that different than this? Both intended to subdue and both killed the subject accidentally

Its not, cops just can get away with a lot of shit normal citizens can't.

Call me a liar again, go ahead. You practice daily. I saw your fuckup in the "trans Sports Illustrated" thread, and you know you fucked up when you twice called me a liar due to your poor reading comprehension and bad logic. And now you come out with "cool the aggression"... lol the irony is delicious.

What are you even talking about dude.. take a walk outside. If you want to debate in the SI thread I'm not scared homie.

I had seen the arguments from both sides on this person.

Unfortunately considering the person had 44 per arrests not sure if that would help make the claim that he was a innocent person.'

I do not understand why from what i read this person kept coming to the same subway & route.

Let's be 100% clear. We do not know how long the choke was held.
-the witness were not in a life and death struggle
-The stroke thing is not connected to a single instance of a choke. That comes from years and years of damage to the artery walls where a clot can form and later break off and cause the stroke. It's unrelated to what we are discussing. So if the cause of death were a choke, it would be irrelevant in a comparison to the Neely case as we can be pretty confident he doesn't have a decade plus of jiujitsu scars to cause a stroke.
- We might not know down to the second, but we can be fairly certain it was held for ~3 minutes

Eye roll... Google is a free tool. I suggest you use it to understand what murder actually is.

Not every homicide is a murder, genius.

Try shooting someone down in their homes after knocking on their doors and see if you don't get charged with murder.

100% Incorrect.

I am not accusing anyone in this thread of 'promoting Neely to sainthood.'

This is, by the roles the NYC mayor, prosecutor, and media, 1000% about race and no one here has put a dent in my argument against that a page or two back.
The mayor took a lot of flak for being level headed and not acting right away. Some people on twitter might have made it about race, but it's not about race. The Marine acted recklessly and probably didn't really know what he was doing. Unfortunately he killed someone because of it and that has consequences.

And that couldn't have been just crushing his windpipe from a poorly applied choke? The cops who killed the loose cigarette guy did this and I think they even got off. They then banned the use of chokes as well but I don't think cops got in trouble.
I remember that incident but he didn't get a crushed windpipe. Thats basically impossible to do in short choke which was really the point I was getting too about no one dying in jiujitsu gyms. Im a big guy and I do jiujitsu. I've cranked the absolute hell out of some chokes and of course never crushed a windpipe.

That cigarette guy actually died of an asthma attack or something weird that was caused by the choke. I don't hold that one against the police at all because the did the right thing, the guy was just insanely unhealthy. It is unfortunate that banned choked because like I said earlier in the thread, when use properly they are great and humane way to end a confrontation. Way better than tazing someone or hitting them with a night stick.

-true but that doesn't mean their adrenaline didn't spike
-interesting stuff I didn't know
- I disagree

<LikeReally5>

From who?
How much is 'major flak?'

Some people on twitter might have made it about race, but it's not about race.

Saying 'The NYC mayor took major flak for making this about race' doesn't mean its not about race.

It certainly was about race for the activists on Twitter trying to make the entire situation George Floyd 2.0, speading disinformation about the situation in an attempt to inflame racial tension.

Please tell me about the 'major flak' AOC received for this -

Apparently it was so much flak she posted this 2 days later -
