Greg Hardy gets sent to the canvas AGAIN

Hardy was in the UFC to draw eyes. Couldn't cut compete and he can't even conpete in the minors. Not as different as you seem to think it is.
LOL. Hardy had 2 wins in the Contender series and 5 wins in the UFC (one ruled a NC because of an inhaler). Multiple guys he beats have notched wins across the UFC (and PFL).

So, no, it's not the same at all.

It's crazy how bad he is in every other combat sport but won fights in MMA.

Remind me...where is the former pro UFC fighter moonlighting in the NFL?

It always goes one way for a reason. A-level athleticism is real, and the UFC isn't on the NFL's level.
I'm not American so I would never watch football but didn't Bork join some team and smash all their athletic scores?

Pro wrestling is the true A level sport lol.

It's not a popular truth to mention around here, but quite simply, the level of athleticism in the NFL grossly exceeds the UFC, and the same is true for American Football versus combat sports (like folkstyle, freestyle, or Greco Roman wrestling) at the college level and lower.

Brendan Schaub, Matt Mitrione, Greg Hardy, and Marcus Jones are all former NFL players who at least played snaps before transitioning to the UFC. This is MMA's greatest organization. Bob Sapp fought in PRIDE. Herschel Walker, Wes Shivers, Austen Lane, Michael Westbrook, and Rex Richards are other former NFL players who have had success at the "minor league" level of MMA in organizations like Strikeforce.

That's just the NFL. Then there are dozens of former football players such as Shawn Jordan or Eryk Anders who played at Division I football powerhouses like LSU & Alabama (the latter won a national championship, and signed--but did not play-- with the Minnesota Vikings). If you rummage further, you have examples like former UFC Heavyweight champion Shane Carwin who was a multi-sport college athlete playing at a lower level, but who still impressively earned multiple All-American honors as a Division II football player.

Nobody retires from a UFC career and is suddenly taking snaps in the NFL. Nobody. The crossovers are one-way for a reason. "A-level athleticism" might be tongue-in-cheek, but the reality of the concept is real. There's just flat-out superior athletes in that sport, and in that league.

18 rounds, da fuq? that's like some old-timey boxing rules, are they trying to get someone killed? At any rate.. quite the embarrassing decline for Hardy, he might as well sign up for Power Slap at this point.

Jon wasn’t on video, leaves room for potentially charging someone in court of public opinion…… but Dana White? We’ve seen the tape.

Also what I wanna say is: MMA Fans should be tolerant and learn how to forget and forgive, that's why I feel if Greg Hardy just kept winning, fans will respect him and act like if he didn't do that (beating women) like Jon Jones did.

I don't hate Jon because of the Law/legal issues/controversies he did outside the cage, I don't mind it at all, I do find it funny tbh, but what I hate about Jon is that he is disrespectful, cruel, POS with his opponents and has no class, and talks a lot of crap, and that his opponents don't become the same when they lose to him, Oh, and also his fanbase as well, these are just the reasons I don't like Jon, but as far as his legal issues in the streets or whatever, I don't mind it, or I mean, I don't him because of that.

You say the concept is real but it sounds pretty circular to me.

Lesnar (school wrestler and later roided up pro wrestler) topped his football team's own football centered athletics test.

He still sucked at football and still was a shit striker. A level athletics is American bullshit.

Heavyweights are fat because of usada and because it doesn't matter in fighting.

haha I was thinking the same thing, I thought 18 rounds?? what?!! not heard that in centuries :D I thought it was a typo and its meant to be 8 rounds, but seems its not actually a typo.

The real answer being he didn't do anything in the NFL and was cut. He wasn't good enough for the NFL, hence why he likely chose a wrestling career despite playing football in high school. Here's the reality.

This is no load of bull; it's no WWE stunt. I am dead serious about this. I ain't afraid of anything and I ain't afraid of anybody. I've been an underdog in athletics since I was five. I got zero college offers for wrestling. Now people say I can't play football, that it's a joke. I say I can. I'm as good an athlete as a lot of guys in the NFL, if not better. I've always had to fight for everything. I wasn't the best technician in amateur wrestling but I was strong, had great conditioning, and a hard head. Nobody could break me. As long as I have that, I don't give a damn what anybody else thinks.

From his own words, you can perceive a kind of insecurity.

Yet still became an UFC champion later.

I'm not sure what exactly this was, apparently an 18-round exhibition match, but Hardy got TKO'd in the 17th round.

He beats women. Only reasonable he should be beaten like the women he beats.
His victims should be allowed to beat him within an inch of his life. He was beating on women before Dana White brought him in. Hardy is a nobody. Jon Jones is the superstar that bloodies his wife and is an out-right thug. No ban and not even a suspension. He gets REWARDED! Jones, and Gregory probably get together underneath the Octagon and (Jonny Bones old refuge from USADA inconveniences) share their greatest "lessons" they taught their ladies.

Did people forget Dana White beats on his wife and possibly other women? Domestic abuse isn't usually something that happens just one time. He got caught on video. Who knows what he does in private.

Uncle Dana probably thinks he's redeeming himself by making the Main Event in the next PPV a Women's title fight.

Anyone know what happened to case of the Indonesian (?) woman that accused McGregor on sexual assault?

that’s kinda the whole point. being a great athlete doesn’t make you a great fighter.

Juan Adams, Maurice Green, and Dmitri Smoiliakov are all some of the worst fighters ever in the UFC and MMA in general. Let's not try to paint Hardy's wins as great wins. Not to mention he lost his UFC debut fight against Allen Crowder. Who the fuck even is that?

Team combat so I'm assuming it's some weird thing where different fighters jump in for different rds? No way in hell would Greg Hardy be able to go 17 rds lol.
His brotha from another mother Dan tags in and Greg holds down one-half of the other tag team. Dan Hardy climbs to the top of the Octagon and he gives the 'Aloha' Superfly Snuka sign as he lands that beautiful body splash ! Better be quick. The ref only allows double-teaming for a few seconds!
