Got knocked down got up and KO the world champ in his 19th fight

Andy Ruiz KO'd Joshua. Usyk went 12 with him twice. So.... Ruiz > Usyk? That doesn't seem right. It matters to the general public. That wasn't a memorable fight at all (apart from how awful it was). It was actually Wlad vs AJ that brought the heavyweight division back into relevance. You're only as good as your last fight, however, and Fury nearly lost to an MMA fighter making his boxing debut. AJ looked very good.
I think Wilder's done. I thought he'd KO Parker because Parker had hardly been relevant in years. The last big fight he was in he got stopped against Joyce. He proved me wrong though.Would be funny to see Wilder vs AJ now. Wilder barely looked like a top 100 HW.
Who was closer to losing to Wlad, Tyson or Joshua? The guy who got dropped hard or the guy who barely got touched?Got knocked down got up and KO the world champ in his 19th fight
Ruiz also lost to AJ. Remember they had a rematch? AJ essentially pitched a shutout there.Andy Ruiz KO'd Joshua. Usyk went 12 with him twice. So.... Ruiz > Usyk? That doesn't seem right.

Yeah but Ruiz was more exciting. Thats what counts.Ruiz also lost to AJ. Remember they had a rematch? AJ essentially pitched a shutout there.
Did Joshua have to stink the joint out to beat Ruiz in the rematch? No. It's not his fault that Ruiz came in even more out of shape. It was a boring one-sided fight but nothing like Fury vs Wlad was. Those two hardly even threw a punch.Yeah but Ruiz was more exciting. Thats what counts.
Wilder really blew it. Fans waited 8 years for Wilder vs AJ and now we're not even going to get it.I dunno if we can use the Wilder is 38 excuse here when he spent almost 40 fights avoiding legitimate competition
Dude waited 33 fights to even go after Stiverne. You'd think someone coming off an Olympic medal wouldn't take 33 fights and 7 years to do that lmaoWilder really blew it. Fans waited 8 years for Wilder vs AJ and now we're not even going to get it.
You make it sound like Fury boxed beautifully and made Wlad look real bad with skillWho was closer to losing to Wlad, Tyson or Joshua? The guy who got dropped hard or the guy who barely got touched?
He did make Wlad look bad.You make it sound like Fury boxed beautifully and made Wlad look real bad with skill
If it happened I wouldn't have argued against it. I don't think you can really say either way thoughFury really should have a stoppage loss on cuts to Wallin. The guy AJ just tooled up and made quit in his corner.
Fury benefitted from A-side treatment that night. There's no doubt it would've been stopped if he were the B-side. That's one of the nastiest cuts I've ever seen in any fight (boxing, MMA, or MT/kickboxing) and it was pouring into his right eye.If it happened I wouldn't have argued against it. I don't think you can really say either way though
Honestly, it was a fight stopping cut. Blood was pouring into his eye. Fury got the benefit of being the bigger name there. If it happened I wouldn't have argued against it. I don't think you can really say either way though
