Media Ex UFC Fighter Corey Anderson Claims Pay "Wasn't enough to pay the bills"

As you can see Corey only focuses on what he earns because he is not some little bitch. He is not crying about some random fighter earning 12k.
What's pathethic is grown men acting like a 13 years old fangirls and crying about how much other men earn.
I'm watching this sport, i don't worship fighters. Just like how i don't care about the amazon workers when i order something from there, i don't give a fuck about fighter pay when i watch the UFC. To me fighters or any celebrities are no different than average workers and they are not some special human beings i have to worship. My advice to fangirls is, take a break sometimes. Your tongues are doing too much ass cleaning
damn bro you are such a badass! Alpha shit! <Lmaoo>

If you don't want to or can't do the whole social media, podcast, streaming shit to promote yourself and get some sponsors then the UFC exposure is only good to up your value when you try test the open market

He made close to one million dollars in the ufc over the course of 5 years, even if you do cut that in half after taxes corner fees etc that's still more than plenty sounds like he's just bad with money. It seems like he caught a break with Bellator though and is currently being overpaid who the heck even remembers this guy.

500K in five years is not that much for a family, especially if you live in a place like NY or CA. I can see why he’d need to have a side job.

I think Corey Anderson might of just had a bad deal over all. Him and his management probably needs take some blame. I know he has said that in the past but the reported numbers to the AC's don't add up to what he was saying. I know when he first said it I thought his reported pay was almost 1M in the UFC and he was saying two fights in Bellator paid more than all his UFC fights combined. Horrible business decision on Bellator's part if true.

Like I said, Corey's problem I think is more of poor business dealings with the UFC. Most fighters in his shoes with similar success have made much more than that.

People want to blame the UFC, which is fine. But how often in life do you just over pay for something out of the goodness of your heart? Bitch all you want but your the one signing those contracts that apparently weren't very good compared to your peers in the UFC. I'm all for the UFC to pay more to fighters but if fighters continue to just take what they get then good luck.

Typical UFC shill dipshit logic.

How much of that million over 5 years do you honestly think he kept?
Wut.
Avg 200,000 a yr?
Ok, gym fees, coaches, and agent? I bet that averages to at least 150,000 a year. That's not a bad income (for probably 2 fights a year).

500k over the course of 5 years as a top 10 fighter? I don't know where he lived but that's barely more than my salary was at Amazon as a floor manager in a warehouse. Could you imagine being a contender in the number 1 promotion in the world and you just qualify for the average in America?

sounds like he should have got his manager to negotiate a better deal........................................................shame he's shit

Ok so where do taxes play into your little breakdown...unless of course they don't exist anymore.
200k a year?....not even close.

And that doesn’t include paying his coach, trainers, sparring partners, etc., not to mention fight event costs such as airplane tickets, lodging, meals, insurance, equipment, etc. It’s not like he pocketed all of it.

And a large pizza and dr pepper too, please.

5X more? lol no wonder Bellator is dead
Definitely, although surely UFC has more spare moolah lying around than Bellator.

Dude's a fighter tho, not a businessman. Can't expect him to make sense of anything.

in that 5 years he fought a total of roughly 180 minutes so he worked for like 3 hours total in 5 years how many hours did you work?
