Elections Will Trump be on the primary and/or general ballot? (SCOTUS says Trump will remain 9-0)

At least I've been paying taxes here for nearly 10 years even though I can't vote till the next election. He has venom in his heart like it's a personal vendetta haha.
Lol, I had no idea you were Canadian, i guess you didn't care for my joke about building a wall. haha

They knew their move was bullshit. They even put a stay on their decision, pending appeal by Trump and following decision by SCOTUS. Trump's team cannot even submit their appeal until 1/4, which is when the ballots go out anyways (state is all mail-in).

They probably put the stay, thinking the headline of thier decision would have wider support, and other dem controlled supreme courts would agree in some way.

The question is since the ballots will have already been sent out, the court might rule the case moot anyways. I hope not, because they would be letting them off their chain for their stupidity. I want the 9-0 explaining how dumb it was, so everyone who came out in support of it is clearly recognizable as a fascist, who supports due process.

edit: btw, here is a piece on this very point. However, many have pointed out this stay in their own decision since the day it came out.

Mootness makes you both sound stupid.

Edit: I have to admit I had no clue it was an actual legal term, still sounds stupid lol

First bill of the 2021 congress was election reform, including letting all the migrants vote. Since that failed, everything has been thrown into chaos; regarding immigration. Hopefully Trump can deport these people

the only people that private citizen donald trump has the authority to deport is himself. and he should probably do that before his criminal trials get underway.

Am I right in saying you were part of the Jan 6 vandalism or am I mixing you up with someone else?

Democrats created the phony Jan 6 'insurrection' in an attempt to prevent Donald Trump from running for president.

There's a golf course in Russia that would have him with open arms.

I'm British, but the voting and paying taxes still stand. I'll have dual citizenship by the next election.
Just think, by next election you'll be able to run for congress and vote to pass laws to make Tea and Crumpets our national breakfast.

From my understanding wouldn't there have to be a law signed by congress specifically laying out the crime of insurrection, then in a court of law Trump would have to be be found guilty of insurrection as labeled and as described by that law for the 14th amendment to apply here.

None of this has happened, so how can it even apply? Imo all this stunt is going to do is leave a bunch of egg on the Democrats face and result in more people voting against them.
Guilty until proven innocent because orange man bad !

I can actually do that yes! I really hadn't thought about that, I stopped at not being born here so not being about to be president.

Trump daddy pushed everyone so they are pushing back even if it's unfair etc.

In before @Super_Nintendo Says "he had to push back cause they pushed us so far!"

Just sad and hilarious all around that this is where the world is at
Talking to my English step-dad yesterday about how scary it is that there are so many idiots in this country willing to vote for him when he thinks - openly so - that they are idiots. I watch every cult documentary there is so I know...but wake up. He's playing you like fiddles.

The evidence against Trump is substantial. Only his supporters want to delay his trial until after the election. Let's see ho

What are you fighting for?
If the "evidence is substantial", they why didn't they charge him with insurrection?

Christ, even CNN admitted the prosecution is political. The average time between indictment and trial for conspiracy or fraud cases is a year and half to 2 years, and Jack Smith originally requested a trial for 5 months out for a far more complicated case because doing it before the election is the entire point.
