I don't think he's slowing down. Every now and then he has a performance where he looks a bit human but then he'll come back with one of his best performances. People have been saying he might be slowing down for like 5 years now

Yarde was always a tougher stylistic matchup for Biev than Callum Smith. Yarde is athletic as hell and a little awkward. The people saying Callum would put up a better showing than Yarde were smoking something.

Indeed. It's funny because I said all of this before the fight. That Yarde is the superior athlete compared to Callum. Much more explosive, sharper, has lots of dog in him, etc. There's one dude here that was acting like I was the one smoking something by saying that lol.

To beat Beterbiev, I think you have to be more of a brawler type. His fight with Yarde was more competitive although still lopsided. Dancing around and trying to outbox him won't work. You have to hurt him early or just outgun him on the inside.

Benavidez might be the only guy stylistically that could pull that off.
