I agree with the bald man. It was a clear 3-2 for Strickland imo. Strickland would have dominated had he followed up his jabs with that right hand more consistently.

Literally the only round Strickland lost was the 4th. The 3rd was tight, as both were tied, but I gave it to Sean. I had 1,2,3, & 5 for Sean, but after the fight I leaned more towards 1,2 & 5 for Sean. 48-47 All day long for Strickland.

I’m not mad at DDP winning, I like DDP, but let’s not act like politics didn’t play into that decision. That was biased as freaking hell. That one judge needs to fucking hit the road. DDP lost and Strickland was ROBBED! Guess Strickland hurt too many Feelings with the Budlight and Tranny comments.

One of those fights you'd have to watch at 0.25 speed to see what landed clean and what didn't to get a more accurate scoring. I'm sure some mma fan out there has the time for this.

I scored it 1, 2, 5 Strickland, but I thought Du Plesis won the fight. He landed the harder shots, pushed the pace and landed 5 or 6 takedowns (even though they amounted to nothing). Rounds 2 and 5 were razor close and I have no problem them being scored either way, even though, honestly, they were more of a 10:10 rounds.

All in all Strickland lacks urgency, he lost the Cannonier fight in that exact same manner. He can never hold the belt for long when he can be Leonard Garcia'd.
