Social almost 1/3 of gen z americans identify as lgb

I feel bad for the 3-5 percent that are actually LBGTQ... Since you have a whole slew of these young people jumping on a movement and kind of making a mockery of it. Imposter syndrome is real and probably insulting to actual gay people.

"caring about planet for future generations", while you're actively promoting to this generation not to have next generation...

don't think you thought this one trough
Thanos was right x2 😂.

You didn't miss much.
I don't know about that. Not a raver but I remember having a blast at warehouse raves back in the day. Maybe the time frame matters, I'm talking late 90's early 00's, by the mids it started getting commercialized.

To look at it two ways.

Firstly, I'd imagine a lot of those people are bicurious people who had one or two same sex Encounters and fell bolder to admit it now compares to in previous generations. A lot are probably in heterosexual relationships but wouldn't rule it out again down the line.

On the other hand, this particular generation has been raised to believe oppression and victimisation is a virtue. So there'll definitely be hangers on who just don't want to be accused of being part of "the patriarchy" and most of those will be "non binary". Because declaring yourself that doesn't mean you have to do ANYTHING. You just proclaim it and it gives you immunity and entry into the flock. It's armour.

Maybe the few I went to were lame. <Fedor23>

In fairness I think the vast majority identify as bisexual now. But even still, that's kind of ridiculous.

Here is the craziest part.

The Left are all about climate change so that we can prolong the future of the human race, but they promote lifestyles that go against human procreation.

- Gay people can still procreate. They arent sterille!

they would have identified as dinosaurs if that was the trendy thing to identify as in their peer group.

- This is true thought. we were all like this when young? I used to skate a little, today even that sometimes i think of buying one, i just lose the desire in a couple of hours.

I rented a club in the nineties and threw a huge New Year's Eve bash, hundreds of people. The club belonged to a guy my girlfriend at the time worked for and had been closed for years, we spent a week getting it into shape. A couple of friends of mine were pro DJs and handled the music, I had a dozen guys on hand as bouncers in case things got ugly. I bought kegs and provided free beer, people could bring whatever else they wanted.

I didn't charge admission but there was a donation box and the donations paid for everything. I was shocked at how generous people were.

I can't remember getting a license so I guess it was damned illegal. It was a ton of work but one of the best nights of my life.

Religious communities and tribes. Keeping alive the traditions of those religions and tribes gave people meaning. Family was central to all of that.

Because it lost its religious belief.

Yes, it does. It has absolutely everything to do with a lack of meaning in people's lives today. That's why people are always trying to fill a void which can never be filled. They're not content and their existence has no real substance. Gen Z is the most extreme example of this. They're the first truly soulless generation. They're raised on social media and video games and are constantly looking for something to belong to. It's no wonder they attach themselves to the LGBT tribe, along with other soulless endeavours (obsessively following politics).

'LGBT' includes two other groups (besides lesbian), which is really what this is all about. Just being a 'gay man' today isn't enough. To be a gay man is basically to be a straight white man, in the world of identity politics.

You couldn't finish off your comment without bringing up Republicans. You pathetic child. LOL

Young people have no culture. That's part of why they behave the way they behave.

Religious folks in no way shape or form have a monopoly on traditions. Gay people have families so the church doesn't own that either. This is you pretending the church is the only bastion of culture and family and thats ridiculous.

"blah blah soulless" yeah if anything in life lacks meaning it's this line of debating. The gay community has made so many revered contributions to arts and culture wonder how someone goes about that without a soul.

You're agreeing with me that gay culture is getting normalized. Thanks. Then you're just shaking your cane and bitching at "youngin's got no culture" like grumpy grannies have been about younger generations since forever.

of course. social psychoses are a lot of time about belonging to something.
and there's a lot of charlatanism that tries to opportunistically co-opt a certain "protected" aspect of sexuality for their own narcissistic needs. it's sexual "stolen valor".
