Oh, and sauce source?

This. Cheesecake Factory and Red Lobster (their biscuits are great) are also solid. TGIF, Applebees and others like Reuben’s, etc. do kind of suck but are pretty standard for chains.
applebees chicken finger platter was a go-to in high school 20+ years ago and I'll still defend it to this day.

TGI Fridays and Cheesecake Factory? lol why

Friday's dropped the TGI ~4 years ago.

Used to be about a half dozen of them in St. Louis, but as far as I know we are down to just one.

DYK?: TGIF was the second place I ever waited tables, after Denny's o_O

All those places have jacked up the prices in my area and the food quality just does not match the price hikes

The only two I would even consider before everything went to shit a few years ago was IHOP (the breakfast was significantly better than Dennys) and Cheesecake Factory which had such a ridiculous menu but certain items were pretty decent, others were pure trash. Cheesecake is such an overrated dessert in the first place

Of this list, I eat at Olive Garden. That’s it

I'd still eat at all of these places before I eat at another buffet.

Buffets are nasty. Especially Chinese buffets
Yep, never like them, much more likely to give you food poisoning as well.

According to who?

Cracker Barrel is pretty good. I ordered my Thanksgiving meal the last two years from them. I like their breakfast and you also get like three sides with their lunch or dinners.

In my 20s, I dated an au pair from Brazil for a while. She had only been in the US for a couple of months, and for our first date I took her to a nicer non-chain Italian restaurant. I had taken other dates there and it always went over well. She was polite but I could tell she was unimpressed.

2nd date I asked her where she’d like to go and she immediately said Olive Garden. Cheap date no objections from me so I took her to OG. The whole time she’s happy like a kid at Disneyland, and just raving about how amazing it is the whole time. Got home and she F’d my brains out like I had just flown her to Rome or something.

I still get a little hard everytime I drive by an Olive Garden.

CB used to be good then fell off a cliff 10 years ago in qaulity imo.

IHOP should be judged solely on their pancakes. Cheesecake factory same thing but with cheesecake.

I got no problems with any of them but golden corral and BDubz

as someone who has been on team chilis baby rack ribs and southwestern egg rolls team since the 2000's I'm glad to see they missed the list

Ranked by who? There are so many places worse than cheesecake factory not on that list its ridiculous.
