- Haiti is a failed social experiment, weres heras of imperalism, let people grow without any hope. Their criminals are the evil of the evil. The roten of mankind. They kills babies of teen girls, to rspe them. This is a thing of a 80's horror movie.

I remember years ago, a american criminal was trying to steal a gas station, but he got caught, because when scsping, he found a hobo stuck in a fire, and chose to save the man life. A Haitian criminal would rape the homeless, and eat the corpse.

The only way to save Haiti, is like you said troops on the ground, executing the criminals, but how would they know who is a criminal and who is not? They arent tattooed like the El Salvador ones.

And no way would any world org like Onu, allow mass executation(besides Israel in Gaza), and social investiment, thats far more important that any other meadure in Haiti. By now the authorities and the US should have pics of the major crimminal figures. Anyone wielding guns is suspect. Intelligence on the ground can ferret out crimminal gang members.

Before any large scale US land invasion, US Marines and Spec Ops can wreck havok on the crimminal gangs. If there is one thing the US excels at it is taking out identifiable enemy combatants. The problem comes when they blend into the civilians.
