turns out she is guilty of what she was accusing Trump of doing. In fact, if she gets removed from this case, I doubt anyone else would even bother refiling the charges. This is nothing more than a scheme to fleece the taxpayers.

Unless he gets on the stand and says tbat he lied when he testified under oath earlier, this isn't the bombshell this guy thinks it is.

But the judge is throwing out the most damning charges due to lack of evidence, despite her saying there was overwhelming evidence. Turns out her evidence was the out of context phone call and articles about it

It’s the first time charges in any of Trump’s four criminal cases have been dismissed, with the judge saying prosecutors failed to provide enough detail about the alleged crime.


The six charges in question have to do with soliciting elected officials to violate their oaths of office. That includes two charges related to the phone call Trump made to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, a fellow Republican, on Jan. 2, 2021.

“All I want to do is this. I just want to find 11,780 votes, which is one more than we have,” Trump said during that call.
 
This is hilarious. These CNN legal analysts brutal how the call out how sloppy Fani and more importantly WADE was with their filings and indicate a very sloppy. Starts at 2:50. The first guy is a democrat commentator, former prosecutor. Of course he paints as there is some potential. But them basically says that Wade and his team basically said Trump and his team violated the constitution and failed their oath of office, but they did not cite a single statute in the state or federal constitutions, and they did not describe anyway they violated their oath of office.

Did the basically just show the grant jury a MSNBC clip and a washington post article? Keep in mind, the grand jury did not have any defense from Trump and company, and way before trial, the most damning half of the case is gone.

the red head lady at 4 minutes still tries to make the phone call look damning, and her face is so shook as he basically says it is basically useless, though they can still use it for other charges, but doesn't seem to know how it would be used.




This guy is pointing out again 6 charges were NOT PROPERLY brought, but then goes that this does not reflect on the disqualification process. Completely disagree and I actually think the judge did this, for that disqualification, because it shows Wade is completely incompetent. Why was he brought on and paid so much? He does say the entire indictment should be called into question now. Hilarious

they weren't dismissed for good. willis, who will remain on the case, can refile them. the judge said there was "insufficient rationale" for this six charges but said specifically they can be brought again under better justification. the state can also try to appeal his ruling if they choose, but they'll probably just rather pursue another indictment with those issues addressed.

but hey, zesto molesto is now facing 88 felony charges instead of 91 so i guess that's pretty big. the twice-impeached, quadruple-indicted, serial-lying, legally-defined fraudster and rapist who has cheated on every wife he's ever had, ran a scam university, stiffed hundreds if not thousands of contractors and even his own legal team, and cannot run a charity service because he stolen from children with cancer sure doesn't look that bad of a guy anymore after they scrubbed 3 of his pending charges for now!

imagine calling yourself the party of law and order and then championing for a fraudster and rapist while hoping that he can manage to delay trials for nearly 100 felony charges for as long as he can and hoping he can find loopholes to escape being held accountable for his terrible crimes.
