Michael Franzese, Sammy The Bull, John Pennisi, Joey Merlino, John Alite etc

All these guys have youtube shows and podcasts, they all tell stories about being in 'the life' and the are almost always beefing with each other.

Does anyone else but me follow this stuff? And whats your take on it?

Franzese I will watch from time to time. Guy has interesting stories and good interviews. Sammy is an asshole, can't stand that guy. Larry Lawton the ex jewel thief is entertaining and has a lot of good stories too.

I did for a minute.. but after a while you’ll notice how they contradict themselves constantly. The only guy I really liked was Chicago mobster Frank Cullotta.. he didn’t really ever try to come off as a badass and tells a lot of funny stories.

And not that any of the ones named aren’t legit.. but Frank has a very gangster vibe to him in general. The type of guy that if you just met him and didn’t know who he was you’d walk away thinking he was involved in something.

I can’t be bothered with YouTube. I use it to check a movie trailer and that’s usually about it.

I watch some of the California gang members and ex-convicts channels, not really big on the mafia stuff though
Michael Franzese is in an interesting and charismatic storyteller so sometimes I'll check him out when he pops up as a guest on other peoples channels, like FED... oops, I mean VLAD TV

If they stopped using that phrase their content would be substantially better.

Frank just seemed like a regular working class dude from chicago. Just because you were scared of him doesn't mean anyone walking by him would be.

Sammy's content was good when I first came out but it dwindled pretty fast

Alite has cool stories but he injects too much of his politics and shit I don't care about

John Pennisi is cool plenty of shorts and I used to follow his pod pretty close

Franzese I can't stand seems like all fake.

honestly they don't have much compared to some of the other story tellers

big box has probably the best channel
renegade media has some fire occasionaly
apa had some fire before his original channel got tanked

1090 jake was cool before the hip hop stuff and he blew up. just his core journey in he Florida system is an interesting listen

you follow any of the topside Chicano tubers?
always seems to be beef and them trip ping over the same stories

Na. The ones I’ve watched are just them talking about how great they were. Just seem like a bunch of rats to me. Who cares what they have to say. Half or more is probably bullshit. I’ll watch a mafia movie over listening to those self aggrandizing liars.

I have a keen interest in viewing mafia documentaries and immersing myself in books about their lifestyle. I usually indulge in these in short spurts, perhaps once every few months, and this has been my routine for years.

I’ve spent some time listening to Sammy Gravano and Frank Cullotta, who both have intriguing tales to tell.

This lifestyle is perilous and has been excessively glamorized in movies. But it remains fascinating to me nonetheless.

All of them?

Franzese says he doesn't even like him, he just prefers him to Biden. Who are the others that 'love' Trump?
