Media Mcgregor Says Would Rather Fight Gorillas vs Bears "I Know A Little Fool That Fought Bears and He Went Running"

Why do people always rewrite history? How many fighters won a round vs Khabib? Because there's exactly 2 and Conor was one of them, Justin was the other. Showmanship and Conor's silliness aside, nobody outside of Tibau tested Khabib's gameplan and abilities as well as Conor and Justin. Conor being the most surprising since he wasn't a wrestler.

Tested is a stretch, Khabib dominated both of them. Not that Conor is a scrub, but Khabib was a bad matchup for him on paper and in reality and there was no reason to run it back for anything other than PPV money. Conor failed at his attempt to earn another title shot so it's a moot point anyway.

Speaking of this tool, I just saw what seems to be a scene from the Road House movie, and damn, it's worse than I thought:

It's like his character is an over the top version of himself.

<36>

And to think that this was the best take they got out of him. The pros on set must have thought it was amateur hour all of a sudden.

Only a cocaine bender could put a fight like this into your mind <lol><lol>

Conor just comes off bad when he talks crap about a guy who kicked the crap out of him. every time he mentions him (trying to be witty n clever), he comes off really dorky and bad. embarrassing. the best thing he could do is not mention him at all

He’s not wrong, Khabib ran away when the going got tough. Had to fight Conor at a time when he hadn’t fought in mma for years. If Khabib had fought him straight after the Eddie Alvarez fight, Conor would have won
sure he would have

Conor never had anything for Khabib, Conor load garglers always use this pissweak excuse of the 2 year layoff , but he had the best camp ever, and he said so him self. He was well prepared and still fell short.
Stay salty dude

Conor’s counter wrestling in the 1st round was surprising. In terms of the eye test I think he looked about as good as he ever has in that fight. That’s sort of the problem though; about the best Conor was going to be able to do was a losing effort that saw him smashed and eventually finished. It just became really clear there wasn’t much he could do against a guy as big, strong and technical as Khabib was especially given the cardio disparity. There was no reason to think it would have gone any better for Conor if they fought again.

McGregor is to Khabib what BSD is to Dustin. Truly just pathetic at this point. RENT FREE.

Wait, has Dustin been salty about the career reviving win over BSD? Seemed all class post fight but I haven't been paying attention to MMA gossip lol

Conor had the belt after the Eddie fight, and as we all know, Conor doesn't defend belts.

Khabib kept grinding. Conor took 2 years off to extend his "reign" and hasn't won a lightweight fight since.

Conor: saw a full moon tonight. Khabib sucks. Crotch sniffer.

With all this non-MMA media, Conor's comeback fight will be huge. Turns out the UFC getting free publicity by delaying the fight.

Conors comeback fight is against his fucked nervous system that he destroyed with drugs.

He will never compete in MMA for the rest of his life.

We would've all witnessed a ppv murder if it wasn't for Herb Dean.

I'm gonna leave this here. Bears are literally terminators. Either one of these gents would eat 15 gorillas asses as an appetizer

Conor only "won" that round by being more "active."
He did nothing offensively against Khabib to where he could've finish the fight He got thoroughly beaten from the beginning. LOL at Conor testing Khabib, Dustin Poirier tested Khabib more with a guillotine attempt than Mr McGregor. You're being delusional if you believe Conor remotely was a "test." for Nurmahomedov.

That's a whole lotta coping and revisionism itself in your commentary.

Conor got ran over. He did have some moments here and there, but never once had Khabib in any semblance of danger.

He got dominated and tapped out.

And years later is still bitter about it.

There's nothing revisionist about it. I said Conor was competitive and took a round. Not that difficult to grasp and really nothing to discuss since it was all factual. Framing it any other way is dishonest and probably derivative from some ulterior motive to denigrate Conor, Khabib or both.

I didn't say Conor could have finished the fight. I said he won a round and considering it was round 3 that's pretty impressive. If I recall correctly both Justin and Dustin were napping by the time round 3 came about or within that 3rd round.

Dustin was nowhere close to finishing that guillotine.

Dustin also didn't win a round. You're delusional if you're arguing with yourself about statements that I never made -- which is exactly what you're doing.

And fwiw, yes I would take winning a round against Khabib and it probably being the best round anyone's had against him over not winning any rounds and getting finished in an earlier round. I'm not sure why you so loosely throw the word delusional around with retarded takes like "I'd rather have a half-assed choke attempt than winning a round against the man exactly two people have ever won a round against." Conor had a better fight against Khabib than Dustin or Justin, oh well? They all lost, why are you so invested with arguing about something so silly?

Not that any of that matters. You guys who live your life worried about Conor is ridiculous. You're so invested with rewriting history to denigrate him as much as you can you unintentionally denigrate the few guys who beat him. get a grip. Conor lost, celebrate and move on it's going on a decade. Just don't expect people to pretend your inaccurate takes are accurate.
