Crime River Visitor Found Guilty of reckless homicide After Drunk Teenagers Harassed Him

Primary instigator was this women IMO who claims he punched her. Claims she “graciously” grabbed his elbow and then he punched her with his left land to the left side of her face - which is physically impossible.

Said she took pictures of her alleged injuries (which cops said they didn't see) and then she allegedly deleted them.

He obviously didn't' "bite off more than he can chew", the kid who's now dead did when he went in for another shove when the guy got up and ran straight into the guy's knife because he thought he was safe as part of a mob, now he's dead and his buddies scattered and started crying and hyperventilating, and presumably learned a valuable lesson.

Well he’s now a convicted murder so looks like he did

He fucked around and now he’s finding out. You don’t get to claim self defense if you start it. Basic fucking logic

It's Minnesota which is trying to out do California as a liberal shithole. So this doesn't surprise me.

He couldn't run away which he is required to do so it's his fault there.

Agreed, he shouldn't known to take the L and move on. People comparing this to Rittenhouse are idiots.

After reading your posts here over time it really seems like you can't understand nuance of any kind and your default position is always to be a raging fuckface.
he definitely is somewhere at the top of the list of posters hellbent on having the worst takes every time

That was horrifying. I think everybody involved here is a drunken fucking asshole. From what it looks like, that dude was clearly on the fuckin ropes and was likely just overwhelmed with frustration from losing his phone and then these punks start harassing him and the whole thing snowballs.

Still, though, bruv, get the fuck out of there. Your waterlogged cellphone is not going to be found in chocolate milk coloured water and even if one of these kids outright took it and is taunting you, you can't fuckin stab someone.

1st degree intentional homicide is a pretty serious charge, that doesn't reflect very clearly from what I can see in the video.

He should have had the charge dismissed.

Video shows them all start harassing him, and then scream out "for the culture", and all of them were itching to keep it escalating. They then knock him down and start attacking him while one guy had his hands around Miu's neck in the water.... How far should have it been allowed to go before the guy can fend off attackers who are in a position to possibly kill the guy? They were also caught in several lies and such...Shame.

That’s what I thought at first too but apparently he was the instigator. He was looking for his friends phone and had asked them if they had seen it. Then later he saw one of them holding up a phone and assumed it was his friends phone for some reason (it was not) and went over there and grabbed the person and tried to pull them off their tube. I guess in his mind they were trying to steal the phone and taunt him. That’s when the video starts.

So basically he put hands on them first and then wouldn’t leave the area because he had to prove to the teens that he had the biggest dick I guess. If this accounting is true, I don’t feel sorry for him anymore. Murder is an appropriate charge. He had no right to do what he did that kicked it all off.

Lol at this white criminal getting her panties in a twist.
There were multiple black people there, and a few on the stand.

Interesting. Guess I read passed that or need to look more into it. Can't be right all the time...

I think I read that in the Reddit link that someone had posted in this thread earlier. Looks like it might have been deleted now

Edit: Mod note. This is an older incident, the verdict was recent. He was found guilty of first-degree reckless homicide, four counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety and one count of battery. The initial charges of intentional murder were lowered to this manslaughter equivalent before the trial.

It is possible, though I just have a problem with big groups of teens shouting and instigating things along. We all know they do it, or we have done it ourselves. Added with the lies those kids were caught in, and how the video went. I don't know. Maybe it is just something I didn't see, but the whole pack mentality they had in the video makes me assume the worse.
