Iran will likely cease to exist as a functioning country over the next thirty years. Interestingly enough, they will have been done in by their own incompetence as opposed to any foreign plot. Also, this incompetence stretches back to the Shah's regime, so whoever is left won't even be able to place the sole blame on the Islamic Republic. How is Iran going to die? Like everything else that dies in the desert: lack of water.
