Bellator 151 Thread

I always feel bad for guys as active as Warren who injure their knee or leg. You can't do shit. I'd go nuts with an injury like that, so I can't imagine an athlete who makes their livelihood on that.

Good night tonight. Joe hits as a big dog, Bubba hits, Gonzo dec. and the over. Lost on the last fight and the over but still +5.6u.

it sucks when you lose your big plays. i really thought goiti had this. i don't have a problem w/the decision, but what the F at the scores. 10-8 for bubba in a round? how? and 10-9 bubba when he defended a RNC for literally over 4 minutes?

just sad about the yamauchi play. sad for friends who joined on it, sad for not cashing a huge play, sad for the way it played out cause i got so much of it right from a capping perspective, but blech (i knew bubba would take him down when he ate some hard kicks, he did right away after two big ones. i knew goiti could take his back in a scramble. he just couldn't finish any of the subs.) -- kinda reminds me of when i was on sass, cause i KNEW castillo would grapple w/him, when people who bet castillo bet him cause "he can just keep it standing" -- and castillo won by just lnp'ing on the ground. similar spot here.

anyway, i digress. could be a much worse night.

Lost 2u on Kakai, 5u on Yamauchi (chased for another .5u on him after Kakai loss, ouch), won 2u Gonzalez (added more on him after Yamauchi loss lol), lost .5u on Gonzalez itd, and won 2u on Caldwell itd (also added another unit to that). Down a good amount, just too much confidence on Yamauchi, thought he was golden after the strong first rd but Bubba showed that wrassling and did a good job to get himself the win. That one hurt, just capped it wrong, oh well, shit happens, good call to Bubba bettors. Glad Fernando got the nod on the sd, needed that, Kakai was square, good call Baby Joe bettors. Caldwell looked spectacular, just a fucking BEAST of a grappler, made Joe his bitch in there. Hope most of you made out well.

you didn't cap it wrong, imo. just didn't go our way

Agree BT. Plus it gives me some boxing bets to tail. I don't follow it closely enough but I watch some here and there and I've made a little $ blindly tailing you.

(That's not the only reason you should stop in, I'm not just a selfish prick LOL).

haha, glad you've made some money. I posted a couple b/d's in the boxing thread here the other day if you're interested. Just a head's up, though, I've been cold as ice lately, got killlled last weekend so just wanted to warn you that these bets might just be a part of the ongoing cold streak, lol.

damn

i never heard of Caldwell. but after googling him im not surprised he beat warren. NCAA champ, plus hes a black dude from new jersey. too much for Joe warren to deal with at this stage of his life lol

too many beasts come out of nj wrestling

btw

correct me if im wrong, but isnt joe warren never in a boring fight? even when he loses?

Small loss for this card. Not bad considering my biggest bet on Yamauchi busted. Fernando Gonzalez came through again to save the card. Dude has heart. And Darrion Caldwell looked amazing throwing Joe Warren around like he was a child.
