Magny 9-1 in last 10, raked top5
Larkin 5-5 in last 10, not ranked
imo he doesnt stand the slightest chance but we'll see

If that was true then you should consider Conor a lock tonight because he has only one of his last ten. If that was true Holm never loses to Cupcake.

The point Im making is that Larkin has looked greatly lately. So has Magny. This is a tough fight. I just don't see that this is a "lock".

this was Nate's face after 8 minutes with Connor.

Let's assume Connor doesn't completely gas himself out this time around, can Nate continue to fight another 17 minutes like this?

Just trying to help and be objective.
8 minutes with Conor after 10 days notice

And yes, he can fight like that for another 17 mins if need be. No question.

Reason why Cowboy looked good early against Cote was because he went for takedowns straight away. Good luck trying to do that to Rick Story.

To be fair though, Cowboy has one of the most balanced games in the UFC. It's not like he needs takedowns to win.

I don't think a doctor is going to stop this fight unless someone is damn near dying. There is too much on this to let a doctor decide.

Man guys, having read this whole thread in a couple days, it is getting a little chippy. Let's have a discussion but no need for the name calling. And this isn't directed at anyone specifically. We do this all for fun and to make money together. No need for the hate.

in the fight business, all parties involved benefit from a trilogy which only happens if Conor wins this fight. It can certainly be stopped by a cut.

reminds me of Lauzon vs chiesa, had money on the fight going over, still pisses me off.

Can anyone understand why Denis was brought in to teach Conor jits when he is supposedly coached by a second degree black belt?

Why would you do that? I just don't think Kavanaugh's coaching may not be legit.

Also, side note, confidence increase to Nate Diaz hitting Gracie while listening to "Real MFing G's".

Even if his black belt is legit, which it probably isn't, there is a huge difference between a black belt and Dillon Danis

i can almost guarantee that there will be no trilogy if Conor wins tonight

edit unless maybe by controversial cut stoppage or something bs

Confidence increase in Rumble after embedded episode 5. He looks relaxed and ready to go and in much better shape than Glover.

yeah Tim, Glover has some good skills but I think his downfall is going to be his speed. Compared to Rumble hes just too slow. When Rumble connects its likely going to be over.

I like to listen to that on my way to training, gets me pumped

I don't want to divert the thread but I love it when some of our instructors put on the gangster rap. Some of the guys in the gym love heavy metal but it's scrap time when old school Eazy E comes on.

I see it the same way you do. I have no inside info but I could see this being Glover's last fight if he gets destroyed by Rumble.

what makes you say that?

Bet365 now have Means at 4.00 4/1.

Lumping on that, think it's an accident unless they know something I don't.
You see these now and again. Skybet had Cub Swanson at 6/4 to beat Kawajiri a few weeks ago, was obviously a mistake but that wasn't going to stop me lumping on it. By the time I'd logged in he was back to 1/4. Got to get 'em quick when you see them lol.
