is Dominick Reyes' level of competition to the point too low to offer any real insight into his level? Cuz I'm thinking he may be some real value here as a potential dog...with all due respect, Christensen suuuuuuuuucks.

christensen is no world beater but he's okay. from what i can tell from the footage, reyes should be far superior here but he's such a front runner that it would concern me to play him (nightmares of razak).

Straight off the page I LOVE

Hendricks, seriously how does Boetch win this beyond banana peel stuff

Horcher, anyone see Powells last fight? Man it was bad

Means, I can see him weather that storm in the first and beating on a gassed Garcia in the second half

Agreed, but I wouldn't bet Means prefight because there is a high chance that he loses the first round. His TDD sucks and García is very powerful in the 1st round. Means is livebet material.

What do you think about Moroz's tdd? Taylor took her down really easy right at the end of round three, but I don't know if that's a very good indicator.

i'm taking a shot on boetsch at +200. he's the bigger guy with a 5 inch reach advantage and more power in his shots.

pre usada hendricks was hitting people and they were flying across the cage, now his power seems to have dropped a lot.

hendricks is the more nuanced striker and he looked good in r2 and 3 against lombard, but lombard is a short, stationary target after round 1. i don't think hendricks, in his current state, is going to be able to dash in and out without eating some bombs from the bigger guy.

prime hendricks' style was predictated on athleticism and explosiveness, and he's definitely lost a step. 69 inch reach at middleweight is also a fucking problem.

hey i can see hendricks as a slight fav given his former glory but this line makes no sense to me.

will be interesting to see the price. garcia can't hang on the feet (barring a low percentage overhand ko shot) and i don't think he can wrestlefuck for 3 rounds.

i'm guessing means will probably be juiced since that's the trend these days.

I like Boetsch in this fight,he is bigger and more powerfull. Post usada hendricks isnt that good

Means won't be juiced, don't worry.

Love your enthusiasm for Tim
But do you really not just see Hendricks wrestle fucking him and taking his shots whilst standing there kinda shrugging
Old Johnny's got quite the chin on him and has a momentum swing at the moment (I honestly thought he beat magny too)

Nah bro it was a tainted supplement I heard he just threw it out, he won't be juiced ;)

Garcia might score a takedown or 2 early but the longer this goes the less chance he has. Means will make him work and should eventually ware him down with long punches, front kicks up the middle and likely finish him in the clinch with elbows and knees.

I agree with this. Johnny is done. He might get a couple wins, but he's done. Should never be a big favorite imo. Especially against a bigger guy.

Torn on whether I want to try and go to this . . . got to watch the last one here several years ago and was impressed.

Have you ever been to an event? Some people love going, but I honestly like watching it at home more.

i don't know man, i think wrestle fuck is definitely not on the agenda for this fight. hendricks has been choosing to strike lately and although he's the better wrestler, tim comes from a wrestling background too and with his size advantage i think will be able to stuff takedowns.

magny with his lanky frame and high center of gravity was much easier for hendricks to impose a wrestling gameplan on.

neither guy is reliable at this stage (i think boetsch never was) but i like the value on boetsch here.
