Just left Vegas. I placed 1k each on Hendricks/ boetch over 2.5 @ -170 and Lee/ Chiesa over 2.5 @ -110. I think Hendricks is going to win a decision and I think it's going to be a 5 round war between Lee and Chiesa.

I am already on the under in the Hendricks fight, and confident. I can see value in the over in the Main Event though.

Pretty late replacement FWIW.

Don't know much about him besides the funny KO I posted/ Similar to Holm/ Betch.

Edit:
Also played division 1 football as a 6'4 safety.

Proday stats:
Weak Bench press so I'm fading him. 11 reps pssh ;). Projected 6th round pick who went undrafted. C-level athlete.

Dates: 03/22/13

6032
Weight: 218
40 Yrd Dash: 4.77
20 Yrd Dash: 2.80
10 Yrd Dash: 1.65
225 Lb. Bench Reps: 11
Vertical Jump: 31 1/2
Broad Jump: 09'05"

Bench press is by far my weakest lift and I can even get 11 reps. I'd fight him.

Joachim Christensen vs. Dominick Reyes

This looks like a pretty good card from top to bottom honestly.

what makes you so confident on the under?

hendricks hasnt finished anyone in five years and he himself has only been stopped once in 24 fights

I'm leaning towards Tony Martin, Carla Esparza(If she's juiced I'm laying off), Koch, and Felice.

I also want to play the Penn/Siver fight but I'm gona wait for odds and more interviews from both.

3 fights over 2 hours on FS2??? Brutal

I'm leaning Lee in the main event despite the significant height deficit- he has better striking than Chiesa and he's surging. Also never been submitted, Chiesa's most likely way to win. Going to have to make a substantial bet while he's only a slight favorite.

guida decision should almost be the same as his money line

I'm putting 1.5U on Lee at pick em, as long as he doesn't get RNCd he should win this everywhere.

Not to totally go off topic, but I never understood why they don't include squat numbers in pro day and combine measurements. You can tell a lot about someone's athleticism based on how much they can squat relative to their body weight.

That and bicep curling of course

Like Reyes from the footage I have managed to find as well as interviews, 27 and is only going to get better.

Long, rangy frame, utilises a decent 1-2 and packs good power with thee straight left. Comes from a wrestling background, and from what he's said himself he does think he's a good boxer but thinks he's actually best on the ground. Trains his Jiu Jitsu under Robert Drysdale, overall he has a nice flow to his game, doesn't force his shots. He has 2 highlight reel head kicks in his last 2 fights and although his level of opponents have hardly been world class I think he wins here and finishes Christensen. It's easy to discredit him based on not facing high level opponents as of yet but all I'd say to that is it doesn't always mean that much, about 90% here backed Steele against Jemeau based on Jemeau's TDD in old fights and level of opposition, I won on Jemeau.

Sure it will definitely be his biggest test but he's more than capable of winning here against an old Christensen who's 1-2 in the UFC has hardly looked top level himself.

are you joking?

I definitely favor Stansbury, but Kimball looks a lot better in his pre UFC fights than he did against De Lima. May be worth a play if he's a big dog

I think it's worth to note that he took the fight against De Lima on like one weeks notice, after having his last fight six weeks earlier.

I squatted 315lb at around 165 body weight and am not a very good athlete I would say.

About the squatting- no. Bicep curling- yes

Are we talking about your one rep max? Not to sound condescending but squatting 2x your body weight should be "average" much like benching your body weight and pressing ~1.5 of your body weight

Since Hendricks is fighting the bigger man, I don't believe he has the same power post USADA to KO Boetch. In addition, I believe Hendricks will try to wrestle and clinch for the majority of the fight.
